The Betsoft issue is related to them offering their games to US players via Bovada - Alderney doesn't license casinos that accept US players.

BetSoft released a new game today so I suppose they don't bother much about the Alderney licence.

That doesn't make sense... Bovada isn't the only US facing brand that uses BetSoft. Just off the top of my head, I know that BetOnline and Drake Casino both use BetSoft and also accept US players.

I wasn't aware of the other brands that accept US players and offer Betsoft games - Bovada was just an example. This doesn't change the fact the Alderney license specifically prohibits holders from engaging US players (unlicensed venues) in online gambling. Pretty straightforward violation in this case and I don't imagine that Betsoft are going to try all that hard to get their Alderney license back if it means having to remove their games from these sites.

Too many software casinos "Betsoft" I think the market will burn if everyone uses the same supplier.

    No choice, it's an opinion.

For me there's still a pretty huge difference between them, but deal with all the games for too long and you can tell each company's titles in a glance.
Anyway, Betonsoft has rebranded recently and is now called Saucify.

I can't say with any authority as I've not spoken to anyone at Betsoft or Alderney, but their games are still available to US players so the answer will be 'No'. For any of the major licencors that's a deal breaker.

I actually just seen on their site that they have Curacao license on their home page including link to license.
Anyone knows which countries are available under Curacao license ?

Curacao are a little difficult to answer for and I'm still trying to get my head round their system. They don't have a single licensor, instead there are 4 Master Licensors, so when a casino lists Curacao as their license the value of the license is very much dependent on which of the 4 Master Licenses the casino operates under. For instance I can say that a Cyberluck license is to all intents and purposes worthless - they are completely non-responsive to communication either from myself or direct from players regarding their casinos - whereas eMoore are probably the best regulator on the market today in terms of transparency.

As to the countries that are available under a Curacao license - I think that's very much dependent on the licensed casino rather than Curacao. There are casinos licensed in Curacao that accept US players and casinos that don't. Casinos that accept UK players and casinos that don't. There doesn't seem to be any consistent pattern.

Anything goes in Curacao it seems as it is the place where operators are that don't want to comply with US EU or UK regulations

and also those looking for a cheaper form of licensing. If I were starting my own online casino it would be all I could afford to get right away.

Bovada has a current operator license for their games. https://certificates.gamingcommissio...5-f0d5e594dc9e

I wonder if they will buy Betsoft?

Looks like its true, this is probably why betsoft gaming are having some low profile problems lately
