Betsson Group Affiliate - Not able to log in

For a couple of days, we are not able to log in with Betsson Group Affiliates. The good news: Affiliate links work fine. The bad news: To reset password does not work. I have emailed them to support@betssongroupaffiliates.com 2 days ago but still no reply.

Anybody else with the same issue?

This month I saw some very high figures (20x more than it is normal). I had an impression that they switched off their cheating mode and it will be soon fixed. So now there are completely different numbers and back to normal.
