    Default Betsson Group Affiliates - - ignore affiliates, no reply, no respect!

    Betsson affiliates - still waiting your reply since 11 August (wrong calculate affiliate comission). May i have are question? Why you need affiliate program if you don't have time for affiliates? And why your affiliate managers get salary if they don't do they work? Why i need to waste my time to calculate commission twice and waiting your reply?

    p.s. This F** program have are lot of graphic but don't have contacts. I found only 1 email but nobody reply. I sent all information to Bettson Group HR Department. I don't have time to find where they affiliate managers is. Let HR Department try to find their own workers.

    It is great shame and a total disgrace. If some of you guys attend confereces, go straight to their stand and pseak it loud. 4 months waiting for sth that is your and receiving no reply - this is 245 % ridiculoous

    Ghosting is normal by them in cases you want something. But when they want something from you, they indeed can communicate. Same as the fukers at gvc or betfair.

    So they work and this is their work. It is intentional. I am waiting for many answers with them for years. About Dhoze. About Nordicbet transition. About Betsson stolen players.

    And still I keep working with them in a zombie mode. They keep converting somehow, they keep paying something.

    As i say above i sent link to this thread to Betsson Group HR Department and get confirmation email that they get it. I want that they must see who they hired and how they F*** affiliate department work. If they fire somebody it will be good.

    This F*** big brands hired are tons of affiliate managers - loafers who don't have time to check emails from affiliates.

    I understand your frustration, but what you did is that you just confirmed to the HR department that the AMs actually do their work.

    Their work is to maximize the profit of the company. Which is what they always do when they owe you money.

    Their work is not to answer your questions or solve your problems, when it means the net loss for their company.

    I just double checked and it was actually the 2nd of August, so only 2 weeks......normally wait around a week for a reply so this is over twice as long

    The funny thing here is that we speak about one of the "leader" in the market.
    Two weeks to wait for a reply it will be a normal issue with small, just starting casino or bookie.
    And most obviously they maximized the winning in August and July in order to be some "big sponsors" of any upcoming conference world-wide.

    I can only agree, their lack of response is amazing and it's like that every time. But get a hold of someone and then try reaching them on Skype instead or directly on their email. And although they are extremely bad at replying, which is obviously important, I found their affiliate good in terms of paying commissions.

    In fact, it is the opposite. Small starting operator is replying to me on IM nearly instantly (I will put aside now that they will not convert and if they will at least a bit, they will steal everything just like the big ones).

    I found their affiliate good in terms of paying commissions
    They are good only with the affwallet system and speed of payments.

    But they steal. They steal for years. They have incredibly high admin fees to start with, but at least they are more transparent with them than average.

    Then they had some inner job stealing from us from Betsson, it was even an issue in Malta newspapers. They stole lot of players during acquisitions of other brands.

    I think they stole 90% of what they had to pay me (I am comparing it against trustable brands like bet365), but sadly being robbed to 1/10 is about industry average.

    You always ignore your affiliates. Check affiliate forums (link ubove). All affiliates say, that this is very hard to communicate with you. Some affiliates wating reply from you since 02 August. I always tryed to contact with your HR Department. They don't read my emails too. The same lazy loafers. You may say thanks to God, that you work in EU with they liberal labor rules. In other countries such workers as you would be kick out from work within 24 hrs. May i ask you, what you do on your work? I think you only got your salary.




    p.s. anybody give me link or email of Bettson CEO. We, affiliates would like to send collective complain against Affiliate Department.

    @MoonlightCat - if this one does not work and fit, you have to go to speak directly to conferences with people who are represented there.

    This is a complete shame, especialy the answer from the HR department. They do not give a complete **** about all your concerns and attempts to contact with them.

    MGA - they might give you a help , but all the case seems to ridiculous and offending for all the good people, who are bringing them players.

    I will try to find you out some relative email or contact of any CEO.

    Do not lose faith , you will knock them down and they have to pay!

    In big companies as Betsson, people may be loafers and unprofessionals. Too many workers and such people may hide their responsibility behind other colleagues back within years.
