I just saw this:

"Dear Partner

We have identified some data issues affecting NDC numbers with Rizk, Rizk.es, Rizk.hr, Thrills, Kaboo, Guts and GutsXpress in May 2021. We are currently reloading this data to ensure your stats reflect correctly.

Unfortunately this fix has also caused us to fall behind on data for the other brands in June 2021. The latter is also being reloaded and should be available for you at 17:00 CEST on the 8th of June 2021.

Apologies for the inconvenience."

Does this mean that all stats from May are also incorrect? How do we know that they are correct after the reload?

The NDC Numbers are only an issue when it comes to the following brands: Rizk, Rizk.es, Rizk.hr, Thrills, Kaboo, Guts and GutsXpress in May 2021.

...i notice this kind of problems regularly with Betsson affiliate program...

It's an absolute shocker to see how many times the Betsson Group Affiliates Team failes to do their work correct.

A brand of this size, years of expertise in the industry and with licenses in many countries should be ashamed of themselves!


(and please do not come with any lousy excuses of mu[tiple brands and/or multiple platforms as you can not get the stats for one single brand right for three months in a row!)

There is NO other platform (of your size and reputation) that has -what you call- technical errors on the frequency as yours... This is a never ending story ongoing for years...

Besides that "ah others have it as well" is probably the lamest, cheapest excuse an AAA+-brand (Yes I do consider Betsson a TOPNOTCH performing brand) could use....

BUT, if the NDC numbers appear correctly now, "first deposit" count is still empty. How do we know that the revenue from those NDCs is even being recorded?

Hi,

Just for clarification, we only reloaded the NDC operations for the zecure brands, as those are the operations that affect CPAs.
First Deposit has not been updated since CPA uses Deposits not First Deposits.

I have stopped working with Betsson Aff. Program long ago and I do not regret my choice.

My Affiliates is amazing software , but Betsson guys are "digging" there and doing the mess, as @Affy said very constantly.

Has anyone experienced such things with bet365 , 1xbet or other programs which are loyal to their partners?

It is a shame AAAA + brand to make and do such mess on a regular basis...

Missing deposit and income stats occur every month, so thats nothing unusual, but now I am also missing new registrations for the past 5 days.

Same here, comission updates missing since 2 weeks and anything except clicks missing since a week. They will fix it as usually at some point and nothing should be lost, it's just the betsson's typical way

Yeah, I got used to this issues, but usually clicks and registrations weren't affected, but this time registrations are missing too so its possibly a different kind of an issue.

Stats are still messed up. I am now even losing registrations lol... yesterday I had 7 more registrations (in total) than today
Deposits, income, revenue stats are still missing in most of the April.

Interestingly ... it always turns out after their adjustments that some additional costs are added. Never plus, always minus. I don't know if it's just me, but it's worth bearing in mind when continuing cooperation.

March has been cleared and paid actually with a pretty good amount at the end ... but now the only stats showing this month are for the 7th of April, lol! This is getting ridiculous
