This tends to be the trend while everyone is gearing up to get a french licence. What next? Italy?

Maybe they haven't secured a French license yet or if they do, maybe it's still under process.

But are BetUS located in Costa Rica? I didn't know they followed lisensing rules as closely. Why accept US but not France players?
