    Default Betwize Affiliates - not paying affiliates commissions

    Hi I had seen a previous post on this and i saw that it has been marked resolved thats why I have opened a new thread. I have not been paid my commission for decmber 2010 by betwize affiliates. I have contacted conrad the affiliate manage about this and he stated that I would have recieved my payment now it is the beginning of the new month and I have not recieved an commission for dember 2010 and i am not getting any response to my emails, this is telling me that something is definitely wrong any help in this matter would be greatly appreciated

    I am not sure why it has not been paid I did give the instruction for it to be settled as per
    our aggreement, I will follow it up immediately. I can assure that there is nothing wrong
    or out of place, I believe that this is merely an oversight and it will be remedied.

    When is payment done for Betwize? I have still not recieved for Golden Handshake? I understood that payment would be made manually end of month, so should had received it last week? Also sorry just a noob question, I remember I saw that there was a nice overview for payments by the different Affiliate programs. But I can't seem to find it Thanks

    Payments are made by the 14th of every month.

    Hi its soon end of the 14th February. And I have not seen any payment in my Moneybookers or had any emails in regards to payment. Also nothing on my Betwize affiliate account.

    Can it please be clarified what the exact payment dates are?

    As I understood that Betwize was end of month, so payments would be received start following month?
    I understand in regards to the golden handshake that this had to be done manually etc., and I have the fullest respect for this. But You informed me in email 2 months ago that this was noted down manually etc.

    So this is reason I am a bit upset, as I use all my sparetime, at moment to build up my new website www.bonuswonderland.com
    Also I bought the domain last month. And my forum(website) will be changed end of this month, as I plan to buy domain here as well, and need to invest this money I get into a hard SEO and also promotion of my websites etc. Also as I promised you Betwize to get top spot as well on my new website.

    And as its hard work both having a full time 40-50 hours job and then be doing this, then of course I will need to to know that I can Trust everything is in order. As that is what its about trust.
    Its not at all a complain or because I am angry, I also already told that I understand you have a lot to look into. So All the respect here.
    But of course I get worried "KingGambler" does not seem to have been paid yet or? As he promised to update here as well.

    Hi Henrik,

    I have told that we begin processing the payments from the 14th, I don’t see why you have to post here
    without even trying to contact me regarding the payment. You are always welcome to contact me and
    ask about your payment, I have no trouble in replying to your emails.


    We only managed to complete auditing the payments yesterday and the payments are being sent out today.

    Hi Conrad

    Sorry in regards to this. The main reason was I know there are problems with receiving my emails. I will make sure to keep communications trough emails etc. And will update this thread when received payment, so It can be closed. Thanks.

    I can confirm payment has been received thank you
    100% Trust and faith in this now, looking forward what the future will bring. Hope to be getting loads of new customers in for You guys. Sure deserve it.
    Hope this thread can be changed or something, as I don't feel it reflects well on Betwize here. But at least when people come in here to look, they can see that you are great

    I will keep in touch soon Conrad, when my new website is proper up running, so we can look into those arrangements we discussed trough email weeks back
    Hope you got my reply in regards to my contents etc. you asked if I only deal with casinos etc. , but no I deal with everything , reason I am very happy with the new domain name www.bonuswonderland.com :P

    Also my forum will be going trough changes.
    But right now I am working hard on my main website, which will have its relaunch Saturday. Also planning in getting your Bookmaker/casino a nice top spot. And will make a nice review.

    Don't understand why You seem not to receive my emails? All other I send email to receive them.
    Maybe try adding me to Trusted emails? as I dont understand it

    Here is an email i recieved from conrad on friday my payment method is moneybookers. But I still did not recieve any payment on friday....

    I’m in Singapore at the moment, so there’s a huge time delay in getting an answer from the office.

    I have spoken to them and they’ve been told by MoneyBookers that external transfer can take 2-5
    days to reflect at times. I know that the funds were transferred last week Saturday so we are expecting
    the funds to reflect in our account today, the moment that does all payments will go out.
