I have been corresponding with affiliates with regards to this issue.
I have been relaying the message stating that we ran into some contractual issues stemming
from when we took over the ownership of betWize and our service provider shut us of out
admin functions with includes the allocation of bonuses and the payment of affiliates because
everything is channeled through them.
Please understand it's not that we weren't prepared to pay anyone, it's that we didn't have
the facility. We did not anticipate these issues as we believed that everything was good to go.
I recently posted a message in our affiliate program stating that the issues have been resolved
and that all unpaid amounts from October will be rolled over and included in November's payment.
All payments will be settled by the 14th of the month as per usual.
Also please in future, could I ask that emails be sent directly to me at conrad@betwize.com
rather than the messaging system in the affiliate program because I am not always online,
that way I will receive the message almost instantly and I will address it quickly.

Hi Conrad. Can you explain why Betwize does not answer any emails at all? i sent one on 10th January, then on 13th January. I have also sent trough the affiliate program.
I must say I am very disappointed in regards to this. I have had emails back from all other affiliate programs within Max 3 days. Most of them same day or within 24 hours??
Are they Blacklisted now since this is in the header?

By the way I understand and respect we are all busy. But there should be someone able to answer emails. And by the way I did send the email to your email as well.

Hi PaaskeUK,
I was unfortunately out the office yesterday due to an eye condition.
I have gone through our CMS records and there is no record of an email being received from
you on or after the 13th January to either support@betwize.com nor affiliates@betwize.com.
The log also show no record of any email being received, our network was down on the 13th
and 14th so this could have attributed to myself not receiving a whole host of emails during
that period.
I do however see that there is an email in our affiliate back end that was sent on Saturday
or Sunday to which I will be responding to this morning, I could not do this yesterday due
myself being treated for an eye condition.

Have you received that? As its strange, I might have a problem with my hotmail? As I actually sent you not one email, but 2 emails the night on 10th January.

Maybe someone could suggest me what to use for email instead. I used to love using my email address, when I was younger in Denmark. Where I could use Outlook with email provider and could choose the nice extras. Where you can request recipe for when email gets received and also if it was sent successfully to other end.

I cant use emails yet because of not enough posts, reason the email addresses look as they do
