    Default Big fee every month skrill?

    Hi, I dont know if here is the right place to post this thread, but i want to discuss smth important, because think most of you using e-wallet skrill.

    Today i was wondering, that my money in skrill goes lower and see transactions. I see that i has a Gateway usage fee of 19.90 Euro and this fee must be paid every month. This mean 240 euro average per year fee???
    Im using skrill more than 5 years and i has no such fees till now.

    Can you advice me what to do and how to resolve this problem, if not resolved maybe i must closed my account, because im not willing to pay this every month.

    My account is personal on skrill.

    I assume that this is a commercial merchant / gateway payment fee ?

    I'm also a personal user, and logged in to skrill to check but I cannot see any sign of this fee or any mention of it.

    So know what advice me to do, can i go back my personal, customer account, because seems they make me merchant customer, without notice me, or without informing me about this.

    Hi, Thanks for answers, so what do you think is this will be 1 time fee or will charge me every month? If i has a payment from this gateway as previous user post here is this will be only one time fee, or i ll be charged every month with 20.00 euro?
    Im worried if my account automatically turn on merchant/bussines account/ and if i must pay every month those fees. I ask the support, but 2 nd day nothing. Maybe must wait more, somwehre read, customer wait for week or more to get support?

    Skrill has the absolute worst customer service in the world. Twice I've been in contact with them, and both times the problem solved itself WEEKS before they managed to contact me. I am not sure if anyone even works there, or if they just have a ticket machine that send automatic replies of opening and closing cases.

    this is because you are using a comercial - account. exit the money and lcose the account.

    register a privat account and no fees.

    Hi, They tel me, that my account has been considered as commercial and is now subject to receive money fees.

    In case you would like to use us for a personal purposes, we kindly advise you to open a new personal account under an alternative email addresss.


    What this mean new account /personal/, ok, bu whats happened with this account? This mean close this and start from beginning with new....or?

    Yes, just close your current account and open a new one. But before closing the old account, don't forget to withdraw all money from there.

    Hi, Ok, but when i close my account, i ll lose my limits, skrill master card and all benefits. This mean, when i open new, i ll start from beginning, ok?
    Ne account, new legitimation process, new documents, new skrill card and all this will take month or 2 to goes for full legitimation and full limits and etc.Is im right?

    Hi, Thanks for advice, i understand, that i must close my account and open new, but can you tell me why is it not possible skrill officer to make my customer account again personal with few clicks? It was more than 5 years personal and then goes customer, so i explained in my e-mail, that i will use it for personal purpose, so is it possible for skrill support to switch it to personal, or its not possible and to close it and to make new one?

    Hi, i close my account and open new. That was the option. I contact skrill support to make my account ersonal agan, but its not possible for them, so i close it and open new.
