    Default Bingo Cabin / Bingo Royalty: No Response or Payment

    I've been trying to get a hold of the affiliate manager James at Bingo Royalty (manager@bingoroyalty.com) since October 15 with no reply to repeated emails. I've had a couple hundred dollars showing as balance due for a couple months and currently shows $268. Not a ton of money, but payout is supposed to take place at $100...

    Between no payments and no reply to emails it's starting to get a bit frustrating. The site that I was promoting for them is called Bingo Cabin. Just wondering if anyone else has had dealings with them, or if anyone has any suggestions on how to move forward.

    I fired off an email to James a few minutes ago. We'll see if the GAU can get him to sort this out for you.

    I'm hoping James will join the forum and post directly but if not, he may be more comfortable emailing me directly. If that happens, I may need some info from you regarding your account at Bingo Royalty. User ID or account number / the website URL where you were/are promoting them.

    Joined up over at Gambling Affiliates Union a little while ago (bestbingodeals) and have been finding my way around the site.

    Really appreciate you sending that email out. Not sure what the problem is on their end..

    No problem. I hope it's just a mix up and they resolve it quickly for you. If he contacts you directly, please post here so I know how things are progressing. If I hear from him I'll do the same.

    Just wanted to update this thread. Steven from here at GPWA had sent out an email to Bingo Royalty on my behalf late last week. He was able to get a response from someone there and who said that payment would be sent out via wire transfer ASAP.

    They also included a payment request form which I filled out and sent back.

    As of today (Monday, December 20) I have not heard anything since then or seen a payment posted, but hopefully this can be resolved before the holiday.

    Just wanted to update this post. I never did hear back from Bingo Royalty, but I was able to get a payment from them through the help of Steven here at GPWA.

    Not sure whats this means going forward, but I wanted to thank GPWA for the assistance with this.

    AFAIK Bingo Cabin has had a change of management.

    I'll drop an email to my contacts there and point them at this and see if we can get a response.

    Thanks for checking in on this. Just seems like a shame because there were some decent results from the limited number of clicks that I sent their way. I just don't dare to keep sending my traffic at them...
