Does anyone know if Black Chip Poker Affiliates still exist? The login page exists however website does not and no reference to affiliate program on player site.

Yes they exist.

The secondary and tertiary brands of WPN have not been kept up to date in recent years.

I am fairly certain they simply want to promote America's Cardroom and nothing else and that this is a gradual wind-down of the other brands.
