"Please be advised that we are making a change to the UK sign up bonus on Roxy Palace which we'd like you to reflect on your websites. The following change will come in tomorrow (Tuesday 16th October).

UK — Headline: £350 FREE
1st deposit: 100% match up to £150 (PLUS £10 no deposit offer)
2nd deposit: 100% match up to £200"

That's just a few hours notice to update my details. Bloody ridiculous.

Apologies for this. In hindsight we should have sent a heads up last week about this. I see you have quite detailed info about the sign up bonus so I can totally understand this is an annoyance.
The £1250 Roxy Palace offer was a bit complicated so hopefully this two step offer makes things a bit more straight forward.
If we can offer any assistance with copy or anything else please let us know. We expect the new offer to come in place tomorrow morning in the UK at about 10am (GMT +1).

I agree that the bonus change is a good thing, just wish you'd given more notice and I'm pleased you do recognise this. If it makes you feel any better, a few hours notice is more than some other casinos have given! And you've clearly taken notice of feedback that the previous bonus was confusing, so a big thumbs up for being big enough to recognise that and do something about it. See, I can be fair...

That is waaaaay more notice then we had on the links changing and losing the ability to use campaigns.

That's what I was getting at, even if we'd had a week's notice you can be sure loads of affiliates would have inaccurate bonus info on their sites, so with less than a day's notice, we've got no chance and as you rightly hint at, Roxy will be getting traffic looking for a bonus that's no longer valid. On the plus side, the new bonus is a big improvement, much clearer - at least for UK (and Denmark/Sweden) players, the old bonus is still in place for other markets.
