    Default Bonuses unclear

I kicked off my 2012 by viewing the AE casinos. They have lots of work ahead of them.

    All Star Slots

I was trying to complete a review of All Star Slots but when it came time to write details about the bonuses offered I got very confused. Here is what you have on the AS website

    * Coupon ALLSTAR1, the deposit and bonus must be wagered twenty (20) times on slots and Keno before a cash out is permitted.
    * Coupon ALLSTAR2, the deposit and bonus must be wagered fifty (50) times before a cashout is permitted.
    * Players can only redeem either ALLSTAR1 or ALLSTAR2 on the first deposit.
    * No maximum cashout on either of these welcome bonus.
    * Wagers on Baccarat, Craps, Roulette and Sic Bo, do not count towards this requirement.
    * The bonus chips are unredeemable and will be removed from the associated cashout.
    * Please redeem the coupon in the cashier before you make a deposit.
Few questions. What is the difference between ALLSTARS1 AND ALLSTARS2 other than the playthrough? If I was a customer why would I ever download the casino based on the very vague information provided on the website. Customer support said I need to sign up for the casino before I see the promotion details.

Customers want to know what they are signing up for before they download

    Aladdin's Gold

200% unlimited ? Unlimited up to how much? How much bonus money can they claim per deposit? A million Dollars?

If players wants to claim the 100% bonus so they can play other games they can do that. How do they claim this alternative promo? How much is the promo worth then? 100% unlimited up to another million bucks?

Customers want to know how much of a bonus they are getting.

    thanks

Hi, I agree with you on the All Star Slots offer, it isn't that clear and this is something that is already in motion to fix.

Since we purchased All Star Slots we haven't done anything with the design or structure of the site or lobby, however this is something that is in production now. So hopefully soon, when the facelifted site is launched we'll see a much better worded and structured casino for you and our players.

On Aladdin's Gold, the offer is unlimited. And it stands to reason that you would be able to claim to the maximum deposit amount depending on the method used and the bonus claimed. Players have 7 days, from date of the first deposit to claim this bonus on every single deposit they make, to the maximum amount for the method used.

As with all our casinos, we make the bonus claim option very easy which you would see if you login to one of the casinos. As soon as you login you are presented with the bonus options in a kind of popup, all a player has to do is select their preferred bonus or to completely ignore this stage. Further bonus information can be found in the lobby and in the cashier when entering the bonus code manually. The idea of this popup is to reduce the effort made by the player to claim a bonus and since we implemented it nearly two years ago we have seen a positive increase in conversions.

The other games bonus works in the same way as above but its for a lesser amount and for most other games as specified in ther terms and conditions. We tend to offer a Slots bonus as the main offer and then an 'Other Games' offer as the secondary bonus that doesn't apply to slots, as we are aware that there are other types of casino players out there. Again this offer is presented to the player upon entering the lobby unless they have clicked the ignore this popup or claimed the bonus already.

If you want to put a dollar amount on the Aladdin's bonus to show your players I've seen affiliates use anything upwards of $20,000 or simply use the term 'Unlimited', which most tend to opt for.

I hope that helps clear things up?

Thanks Martyn. Live chat said the unlimited 200% slot bonus was actually $2,000

    Is this not correct then?

It is correct, that is the maximum possible per transaction by a web wallet, $1000 if its credit card.
