This used to be my domain.
Bowman-Gilfillan threatened me with a possible court case and had to transfer the domain to them.
What's really annoying was finding out that after a few months, that taken domain redirected to Brightshare.
Wasn't even going to post this, but had to.

At the risk of sounding redundant......this case is exactly the same as the one in the postings earlier. This is not our domain, not Jackpot Factory's and not Spiral Solution's. And I don't know who Bowman-Gilfillan is more than I can Google them like everyone else.

We don't like this pointing - it isn't good for our SEO efforts. We've tried to contact the owners of the domain - with no success.

Therefore, as with the previous domain pointing to BrightShare, our IT guys have re-pointed it to: www.xyzg.xyzg - please try it for yourself.

    Thanks - Marcia

I guess that wasn't the point of my post.
    Bowman-Gilfillan were Microgaming's lawyers.
They contacted me because the site name violated some Microgaming's term.
I also received a note from Domains by Proxy that they were contacted by the same law firm as well.
I transferred the domain to them on 4th April 2009. Please note the date. This isn't a new issue.
So- my real question is, how can Microgaming redirect the traffic to Brightshare without them (BS) knowing about it.
If this wasn't done by Microgaming, to whom did they sell (my) domain to? And why?
If they decided if was that bad, and wanted to aquire the domain, then I would like to think it's still in hands of Microgaming.
If this isn't the case, maybe it just their way of doing business...don't know.
To be honest, not interested anymore...bygones, but raises a lot of questions.

But I think Marcia is right, this thread should probably be moved to some other part of the forum as it probably isn't a Brightshare issue only

Hey - you have a lot more information than I do!
I'll pass this on to our MGS laison.
Altho....as I said, we've already repointed the site.
Maybe it's like you said - bygones.

    Thanks - Marcia
