    What is the reason for this - i can only assume that its because Broadway either do not have the money to pay or just do not want to pay.

    What is the reason for you guys wasting so much of my time chasing this up ?

    One more week is the length of time i am waiting and then i will start redirecting and taking action as per above.

    One simple question to Rob_BroadwayGaming. Why you don't pay affiliate commission on time and why the hell we have to contact you via Skype, Mobile, Email, etc. to get paid? As far as I know, the affiliate system you use has payment details section that we have to fill in when registering. Btw, do you pay interests on late payments?

    It seems he wants this topic just out of the active topics. The easiest way to do so, however, would be paying affiliates on time.

    I guess the conclusion is that Broadway Gaming has financial difficulties.

    Is there going to be any response to this? Or are you hoping that it will just die down? If so, please note i am going to keep this thread front and centre until this is resolved. If you guys can make payment to others - why is it you cant make payment to all your affiliates. Do you treat your partners in a similar fashion on the https://www.lucky247.com/affiliates/ brands as well?

    It's a pity that it has come to this as you guys are the only Microgaming Bingo brand worth promoting - that said, if you do not pay your marketing partners - it's not worth promoting you is it.

    Perhaps Rob is on Holiday along with the rest of the Broadway team. This scenario has irked me enough to keep at it. These guys make promises that they can't keep and outright lie when it comes to making payments. I guarantee that I keep bumping this thread until this matter is resolved.

    They do not reply here because they have nothing to defend. They break their own rules and conditions, so what can you expect ... for sure nothing good.

    Instead, we can find loads of complaints about their service over gaming portals:

    Also, it looks like their strategy is to wait till affiliate start asking about the money unpaid. If not, good for them, you are forgotten. It's a very clever tactic to reduce payouts.

    It is a pity that I did not say this to them in person at the last conference...

    Hi All

    I too am facing payment issues with Broadway Gaming - been going on for months

    I have been in contact with Simon via GPWA and haven't heard anything since

    Since then my links no longer work and when i log into my dashboard I'm unable to see stats or pull any reports

    I've received no correspondences as to you and all my emails do not receive a reply

    I'm a very small affiliate anything earning is important

    Hi All,

    We haven't got paid as well. We contacted Mr Rob a week ago, and he said "It will be paid this week". Then, contacted him once again, and he said he doesn't know why it hasn't been paid. Now, we are sending reminders, but no response. Very poor...

    It looks like Broadway Gaming have unresolved non-payment issues for well over a year now. This thread dates back to January 2017. Is anyone still actively promoting them? If yes, then why?

    I updated the title to resolved a while back as they did eventually pay me. They offered me the world to carry on working with them at the time but I'm glad I didn't now looking at how many affiliates they are still actively screwing.

    So another month and still no payment. Aff Managers on Holiday and an accounts team that have everything to make payment but payment not made. Broadway Gaming brands are not the bingo rooms to promote. Funny how they can make payment to XL MEDIA though and not be able to pay the revenue share earned.

    Seems to me a particular business model they have. Delay, stall and then just dont pay. Take the earnings from that and pay a prominent site for more traffic.

    Good going Broadway - as promised I will keep bumping this thread till we get heard or as many webmasters know about your tactics as possible.

    At the beginning they were explaining ... now they have stopped commenting (I am thinking of Mr. Rob), because ridiculousness and lack of professionalism has already reached the summit of Mont Everest

    Yes, it seems they have given up entirely - my Skypes and emails are not answered at all. What they are doing is simply pocketing the cash and then using it to pay for campaigns it seems. Despite having my bank details for 6 months - it seems that the mythical Accounts Department is struggling to work out how to pay.

    Well after all of the posting - I thought I would advise that I got paid. Thought it only fair that after all my venting, I should be fair and state the fact that I got paid. I wish the rest of you still experiencing these issues luck.

    I don't think the GC would care very much, this would be a civil case if brought, besides they do eventually pay even if years late.

    Broadway have done about as much damage to themselves as they could have done. Any affiliate still working with them must be brave or stupid and any new affiliates searching the program will find this thread which will tell them all they need to know.

    I suppose it's a different approach to closing down an aff program, don't bother doing a Sky or Gamesys, just become so bad that everyone leaves you and abandons their account base.
