    Default BUFFALO account locked (RESOLVED)

I'm unable to log into my Buffalo account. I get a "your account is locked" message. I completed all KYC procedures a while back. Anyone else locked out or the program shutting down?

ETA: I e-mailed my aff manager at Nelson.Prakash@buffalopartners.com but it bounced back, so it looks like a possible closing of the shop.

I need another recommended NZ destination until Buffalo sort this out, otherwise I'm gonna assume they're out of business. Anyone able to recommend a (download preferable) destination for NZ traffic?

I know who Buffalo/Referback/Wagershare are. But thanks for the input.

Regardless, I am redirecting my links. They close my account for five minutes - error or not - they lose me for a lifetime.

I don't think we disagree on this.

I'm also removing any existing Buffalo CA banners, so any recommendations for CA traffic would be appreciated.

So now they have gone from years of locking down referred player accounts, usually the profitable ones, to locking down affiliate accounts. Since 2010/11 I have had them rogued and blacklisted when they were Wagershare.

My account has been reopened, although with NO explanation for its temporary closure. I removed several links during the downtime, which I won't be in a hurry to reinstate. I don't take kindly to having my account closed for ANY period of time.

Glad I checked this forum, now I see I am not the only one unable to login to Buffalo and for for whatever reason, maybe because I pulled all my links a month ago.

They never really stopped the cooperation.
Only flashbang operations to gave their consigliere IGB Affiliate an alibi for the conference days.
But in that collusion both sides are not very intelligent.
They really believe, that within a month time has let the dust settle on it.
So the Buffalo Crime Family is back to business like usual with hacking, and IGB will face criminal investigations.
Unfortunately, every webmaster is also unwillingly part of that criminal organisation.
And if the UK justice department will come into the game next year with probably international arrest warrants, it's the best to disappear from their statistics and computers as a webmaster. That's not worth it!

In this instance, I owe Buffalo an apology. I asked them for more information re. my account closure and apparently there was a technical issue affecting several affiliates. I discovered my account closure at the end of a very long, difficult day and basically blew my lid during a meltdown. It was not a good day.

I've been doing too much recently (physically and mentally) dealing with the turmoil our industry is going through. It's perhaps too much information, but personal issues have added to the stress.

I should have investigated the Buffalo situation more before posting. It was unprofessional and I apologise.

This has been mortifying to post. If I can offer ONE thing to salvage something positive from my wreckage, it is this. PLEASE try to get some rest and give your brain some time off work. For most of us, 2017, particularly the last half, has been a rough year. We've all probably worked harder than we've had to for a long time. We've gone through more stress. We've been victims of theft and account closures from affiliate programs. We've had to adapt and in some cases reinvent our businesses. If your brain is thinking about work around the clock (including in your dreams/nightmares), then eventually something is going to break.

I'm not sure what the answer is, but routine and rest is probably the key. We may feel invincible but we're not - I was in my late 20's when I first became an affiliate and now I'm in my mid 40's. I had a severe heart attack last year that should've slowed me down. I'm finally starting to realise I can't regularly do 12-16 hour days any more, despite what my brain wants me to do or whatever industry disaster is currently unfolding.

So take time off when you can. Give your body and brain some rest, friends. We need it now more than ever.

    ... Meltdown over ...

    "We've been victims of theft"

Yes, I can tell you that. I spoke with several owners of care homes, one doctor and a Kindergarten in Germany personal on the phone to inform the owners, that their websites have been hacked and abused by Buffalo Partners and others. In Germany a crime with up to 10 years in prison.

If one knows, how a victim feels, than these people, who were so shocked, that some of them couldn't find words for some seconds. Abusing children and old helpless people is the most disgusting thing I have ever seen in this industry and the good thing is: It is a proven fact, that Buffalo is guilty.

The only truth in this thread is, what Progger said: "Buffalo partners are criminals"

Everything else I can understand, really, statements to protect a good revenue share, because no one shall give this criminals one cent from their earnings, but for all new webmasters, they should know, that they will be a part of a criminal organisation when they sign-up. Betway/Buffalo has proven indirect links even to murderers, so it's your choice as a starter not to trap into the criminal swamp here in this industry directly at the beginning.

Or you will end up like this IGB losers and their buddies ... in shame and mockery.
