Default Is it business as usual for you?

    Hello fellow

Seems like we now are stuck in the same boat - more than ever before. Rather strange, uncertain and interesting times ahead of us - and it feels like the weeks now only consist of three days. Yesterday, today and tomorrow.

Many questions arises, and while being on lock-down you have time to reflect on things. Anyways. No time to get to deep here.

I am just curious on how the rest of you are handling the current situation. Have you noticed any difference in search patterns, traffic (besides the people who are looking for free games to play hehe) or anything that might be of interest.

We are seeing countries limiting the access and marketing in terms of online gambling, which might spread across the world. Who knows. Maybe Google will start limiting exposure for online gambling sites as well.

Just trying to kick start a discussion - maybe it will lead to something.

Busines will never be the same again , because :

    - lot's of people locked at home, without sports are mad and wonder on what to bet on.

    - some bookies and affiliates are shrinking income 90% and some peanuts are left for survival ( noone knows till when).

    - CASINO is the KIng, not content and Sports. Yes , these days are now and it is true. I have seen in all of my aff. account, people who never thought of betting on slots and casinos, now deposit like made.

    - Yes, some countries will try to reduce betting of players, but this will cause not what they want. If you want to bet, there are thousands of online casinos out there.

    - Good news is the Germany will start to play football without any fans at the stadiums.

    - Bad news , what will tennis, baseball, basketball and NFL fans bet on. I like virtual sports, but it has nothing to do with the real action, it is like watching and betting on " Sponge Bob" or "Masha and the Bear".

    - E-Spots are havin their fans and they will not bet on anything else.

    My cents were flipped

Thanks for your inputs! Some of the things I been reflecting on as well. Yeah, the sports and betting industry are getting the hardest beating at the moment...

I seen that operators like 22bet and 1xBet even offer their players to bet on what weather it will be next week hehehe

In wy country -Bulgaria, operators like winbet and efbet are even more aggressive :

    - they invent some Free Spins Tourneys.

    - also invented FTD bonus of 1000 BGN ( 500 Eur for new players in casinos).

    - massive attack and push over email for players who are in deep "sleep".

    - land-based casinos are closed and the peope who use to go there very often, now have time and chance to win some jackpots.

    - even some offer free bets , upon registration on Vurtial Sports.

For me it could be worst, sitting in Thailand, 32 degrees, great accommodation and a warm pool.
Everyone is fine (it was just a cold )
Kids are at home, we're for almost four weeks in self isolation (curfew during night only).
Spend half a day working, other half with family.

(Casino) business is running as usual or better, which depends a bit on GEO.

Only thing to worry about, how it will work with our usual summer trip to Czech and Germany. But will see.

I had a dream last night that the worst of coronavirus was over.

And my dreams are correct 50.000000000008927349% of the time. Every time.

Business as usual for me. Really glad we decided to focus on casino instead of sports betting few years ago, although I definitely feel for all betting affiliates our there.

Also seeing an increase in traffic, conversions and earnings over the last month or so.

Spending a lot more time indoors these days due to strict measures from our crazy Government. After I return from the office, it's usually reading a book and watching Netflix, although I did manage to paint the balcony walls and railing during a 60-hour curfew to keep the missus happy

It's business as usual for me too and I've yet to see an increase in both traffic and conversions this month. I just want this coronavirus nightmare to end just as much as everybody else does and we all get on with our lives just like we once did.

yes, there are less sporting events now. but online broadcasts are very good. I think this is a big step into the future. nothing has changed in relation to me. I switched to working from home. it's hard to sit at home and not go out. but we need to be together and stop that

In some of the programs, I have lost over 90 % of the sports betting commissions.

In others, I see movement from players, who never thought of betting on casino and slots.

We will see if there will be some football in the next couple of months

Yes, fingers are crossed for Sports each day and not only because of the lost income.

    It is just because :

    - Tuesday and Wednesday - always waiting for top games from Champions League.

    - Thursday - Europe League.

    - Premier Leagues, La Liga and Seria A - during the weekends.

    - NBA, NFL, MLB - it is sad there are no games at all.

    - March madness - sad but true. This is the best basket tournament all around the globe. I have traded it several years and yes, I miss it too.

    - Tennis - top 5 performances by : Nadal , Fed, Djoko I miss them all too.

Now we have some old matches in MMA and UFC, which is not that bad.

I believe that in the end of May or in the beginning of JUne, we will have some football leagues playing.

Sport is essential, and most of you know what I mean

I'm actually walking away from the industry in a couple of months to start an internship at ITV to be a writer/producer so my partners will take the reigns from then onwards. Ive found that more people are clicking but less are buying since the start of the outbreak. I think alot of people probably are tempted to play but worried about their finances and the future, which is understandable. I imagine the affiliates with the sports betting sites are the ones affected the most in the industry and all trying to get casino and poker deals done to get some revenue in. Strange times. Hopefully it will be over soon.

Hi everyone, i have increased number of visitors and depositors in last few months. Probably because the website is about casino and not the sportsbook.

Best of luck to you on your internship opportunity. That sounds exciting, and impressive considering the lack of employment opportunities. Well done.
