Angry Bwin blocks my account for requesting an ownership change?!

Let me vent my frustration and massive disappointment with Bwin’s affiliate program.

About six months ago, I simply wanted to change the business account where I receive payments. What do you think this led to? My affiliate account was blocked, and I found myself stuck in an endless cycle of document requests. To make matters worse, they eventually stopped responding altogether. My account balance? Still unpaid. And why? Because of what should have been a straightforward process—one that took Bet365 just a few weeks and a few emails to resolve.

I provided every single document they requested, including the Transfer/Purchase agreement they asked for the last time I ever heard from them:

"In addition, we will need an official document, such as a Transfer/Purchase agreement, in which the ownership of the account by the new entity is proved.”

I had already provided that document at the very beginning! Are you kidding me?! After another month and several follow-ups from my side, I received nothing but silence.

In the end, I simply asked them to terminate the partnership and transfer the earnings that are rightfully mine. Once again—no response. Yes, it’s just a few thousand euros, but that doesn’t give them the right to hold onto it. I didn’t violate any terms of their stupid affiliate program .I was just trying to change ownership, which never even went through anyway. So why freeze my account? Why not transfer the funds?

It’s shocking to see this kind of behavior from a major operator like Bwin. I’ve never had this issue with anyone else—not even with smaller bookies.

It feels like Bwin thinks they can do whatever they want, with no regard for their affiliates.

Very sorry to hear about your problem, but Bwin have a questionable history with their partners spanning over many years.

Ever since Entain took over Bwin, things just haven't been the same. I've been hearing the same things over and over - accounts getting blocked for no good reason, and people being asked for all sorts of weird documents out of the blue. It's like they're trying to force people out by making things way more complicated than they need to be, and people are really getting fed up with it.

Don’t know what’s going on there, I personally try not to lean too much on them. I advise everybody to do the same. Big bookies are either great partners or damn tyrants. Bwin/Entain seems to be going downhill.

Those who do not learn history are doomed to repeat it.

Bwin stole before. https://web.archive.org/web/20101016....belosers.com/ Long before.
This is a website from 2010 when we all were ****** up by them, but it was not first time. They stole on big scale from biggest affiliates even before 2010. This has nothing to do with Entain. Entain are indeed rogue, but they kept collecting bookies to the portfolio and just normalized the thievery.

All these brands lead back to Tel Aviv in particular Ramat Gan, where the ownership mainly resides. It's not just gambling either, forex and binary options scams all have their HQ in Israel. Other countries act like regional offices.

Something is in the air... oh the autocensorship is coming.

I am sorry whether I am repeating myself, but when I wrote last time something about Israel and Entain, it revealed that the morons actually DO READ this forum. And they (Sportsinteraction affiliates, which is now Entain) retroactively justified via very personal telegram message that they stole all my revenueshare, because of my antisemitism. (I am not antisemite and if I were, they could not know it before they steal and after that I pointed out about correlation of Israeli companies and their ethics. In my affiliate life I accused Britons of thievery. Russians and post-USSR of smart thievery. French of total incompetence. Scandinavians of being chutzpah. Turks I called even worse. I for sure did not say many nice things about Asians. Latin America is dead from business standpoint. Middle Europeans are corrupted. But I was accused of racism only by one ethnic group/race/nation. Guess which one.) Literally this happened. It is a bizarre chutzpah.

Please the point of my post is not to talk about crematoriums. This meaning of this post is that it makes sense to keep writing that Bwin and Entain are thieves. Young affiliates will be always dumb, but the affiliate managers read this. Yes, you f***** working for Entain. Even you are a thief. You can accuse me that destroyed your toy, when I was 3 years old and you were not even born, but it does not change anything about one simple fact:

    YOU
    ARE
    THE
    THIEF

(and the good old bro Freud can explain to you that you feel guilt for that; so enjoy)

Bwin were always thieves. Entain (formerly called GVC Holdings) have always been thieves. Why do affiliates promote them? If you promote these known crooks then you are condoning them and you deserve to get robbed and you will be.

I can write a book about the history of Israeli gangsters turned billionaire noblemen. That's because I have both the experience and the research to back it up. It goes back all the way to the early 2000s.

Long story short, many street peddlers, extortion thugs, boiler room operators, convicts who immigrated to Israel in the early 2000s are practically the founders of the forex, porn, gambling and the in the past few years binary options (scam went to media in 2017, but was successful from 2009 onwards) industry. The only industry Israel was sort of caught off guard was the crypto, where many criminals from other countries (former Soviet nations with tons of working experience with the Israelis, the Chinese, the Indians etc.) took the lead.

In fact, these formerly-wanted men built the foundation of the Israel's FinTech and iGaming industry, that brings in tens of billions of dollars of foreign remittances every month to the country. Though most of the money is still parked offshore, or places like Malta, Ireland, Australia, the standard Islands, with base offices in Cyprus, Bulgaria, Romania etc.

Nowadays South Africa and the UAE is becoming a hub for these people targeting the Middle East and India, while bases in the Philippines deal with the big market of China.

Take any big name gambling brand, and if you can manage to find the "real" owners, 8 out 10 times, it would lead back to Israel. That's fine, but the thing is 8 out 10 times, the ownership will include individuals who have run away from the law and emigrated out of their countries to take refuge in Israel.

Anyways I can go on with examples, but I know Michael has his limits to how much he can tolerate anti-Israel content on GPWA.

I though are good at business not at stealing. I still can't wrap my head around it. The only explanation I can come up with is that they cut off affiliates whenever they think they have peaked. With all the data they have, they can probably do the math and figure out when it's better for them to stop paying and keep referred players, especially when partners hit the bottom threshold to stay enrolled.

My account manager has blocked my number. I reached him over another one and he hung up. What the hell is this?! Who does business and does something like that? I've been respectful and to-the-point the whole time to give me the cold shoulder like that.

Screw them and please do stay away from Bwin/Entain.

Thank you all for the support, I hope more people read this to know well what they are getting themselves involved in!

Why you think people will read your post?
Instead of reading past experience, they will just think as you thought and then they will figure out what you just figured out and then they will write their experience with a fake hope that someone will read it and make some conclusions of it (as you did it).

Panta rhei! Life is a joke.

Who does business and does something like that?
Ummm? Like 100% of stock exchange listed corporations do business like this? Is not this what the capitalism is based upon? I am talking about a real capitalism in 21st century. Not about some thought theory how things should be.

Sorry to hear about that, hoping it gets sorted if it hasn't already. It's just the worst, putting in the work and not being paid for it. All the best.
