Default bwin threatens to CLOSE our affiliate account

In August 2014, five months ago, we received a standard e-mail from Nicolas at bwin.party, asking to "optimize our partnership". We didn't send a reply.

Today, I received this from Nicolas.

"Have you received my previous email ? I really need to get in touch with you in order to optimize our partnership,

May you please get back to me? I would greatly appreciate it. Otherwise I will be forced to TERMINATE your account."

Jeez. What a top employee Nicolas is.

This clown doesn't get it. After expressing my dismay, this is Nicolas's response. Check that he's now asking for additional coverage.

"I've tried to get in touch with you since more than 5 month, unfortunately you didn't answer to my emails before... We have indeed the right to know how you promote our brands and we can terminate or suspend an account if we don't receive any response from an affiliate

If you need more information I will gently ask you to review our T&C https://www.bwinpartypartners.com/legal.do (Section 5.4)

Anyway now that you've responded to my email, we are reassure and there is no need to go further. I just wanted to know if you were already in contact with an account manager before? I also wanted to know if there is a way for you to increase our exposure in exchange for a higher commission? We will also have a TV campaign for partycasino soon, it would be a good opportunity for both of us to give it more exposure on your website"

Couple of things to bear in mind here. One, I'm not even sure this 'rep' is even my official affy contact. Other than the random email five months ago, I've never heard of him. Two, I've been in touch with Party re. other matters since then. This moron's e-mail literally came out of the blue.

    Nicolas can sod off.

I copied my 'dismay' response yesterday to affiliate support, that's where I usually get in touch if I have any queries. I've sent them another email today giving them 24 hours to have someone more professional get in touch, or they're dumped.

Looking at the rep's LinkedIn profile, he's only been with Party for 7 months. Could be a plant from a rival to sabotage Party's affiliate relations

Their aff managers are some clowns. Like that Nicolas. I think it is better to not promote them.
