I knew there were gonna be problems coming from this group back a ways....if I remember the clincher for me was when Big Daddy had a problem with a player and they acted like we shouldn't be approaching them with player issues....
I had been slowly reducing their exposure ever since.....probably time to cut it to zero now though....

I wouldn't believe what casinomeister says about this group... or any group for that matter.
I understand that casinomeister was pushing this group for more money for himself and was told F.U. this time, because he blacklisted them over 18 months ago in an attempt to raise the CM % of the take... He got the money last time and removed them from his blacklist. Now it looks like he is trying to a bigger %...
Two sides to every story... Bryan only likes to tell one side... his.
This group has had a number of player problems, and I personally was treated like a piece of crap when I tried to help another affiliate with one of their players' issues.
I then witnessed another affiliate be treated in a similar fashion for taking player complaints to them.
To me none of that was hearsay.

Well I don't know about all that lotso. You have taken liberties with something I am sure you have no priviledges to know.
However, I have read this statement by CM a couple times and to be fair I should read it a couple times more lol. I don't get it.
I know full well, and have had the unfortunate experience to know, that if you are going to accuse someone, you better dam well have the proof. If you don't you get screamed at.
I knew one program screwed me. I voiced it and got major objections. Proof, you need proof mojo. How dare you mojo. These are great guys, they are my friends!
So I got proof. I had a player, who was my better half, and I proved it. I was ripped off. To the tune of thousands of dollars. I got paid but it was a huge battle to 'prove'; it!
Here, we have CM with absolutly no proof and I am surprised. Yes, he pm'd some players but I do not see any concrete evidence. Screenshots of deposits?
Don't get me wrong, I adore CM and the staff there and I read there often. I think they really have it on the ball. But I will object when I see something that effects me as an affiliate.
This is something all of us raise flags with and get chastised for making accusations without proof. BY CM and others that are of this calibar. Meaning Super Affiates.
If I had a nickle for every time I have heard this.Their behaviour is not only disrespectful and unprofessional, it's obnoxious.

I think at the end of the day it's best to rather play it safe. Until a representative of C-Planet addresses these allegations there will always be speculation.
"Where there's smoke there is a fire."
I never trusted this group, so it was never considered for inclusion on our site. Long time ago I heard that they're having problems with payments, now this. Can we hear their representative on this issue as cass suggested?
Are you saying that I am not supposed to know the casinomeister "player protection site' is more about protecting Bryan's income rather than the players?
As far as c-planet, I am not all that happy with them either at this point. I will be reducing their exposure... but not because of some made up player de-tagging. I am just not happy with conversions and per player earnings.
I am not into Blackmailing programs(even programs I'm not happy with) to get more money, like CM appears to be doing with c-planet. This kind of thing is what has driven a lot of programs to treat affs like the enemy, not a business partner, as they should, this has made doing business with them much more difficult.

I don't believe that c-planet will address Bryan's accusations directly... Why should they? It is a lose-lose situation for them if they come out in public to defend themselves (and Bryan knows this).
Far better for c-planet to keep quiet and try to ride out the blackmail.

I would really like C Planet to come in here themselves and tell us the truth - of course they would not admit to de tagging players but their silence is scaring me somewhat as this alone implies they are guilty as charged. I have also been removing them as I work on a site, but have not sent a specific email to my guys yet telling them to remove everything. Each day I toy with this and my gut feel is telling me that I should just get them removed and move along.
The only thing holding me back is that I have been with them for years and in the past they were good to me, but I guess so was Best Casino Partners, So was Class 1 Casino until they all hit the wall.
I have still not been paid for Euro City commission that was due and when I raised it with C-Planet they basically fobbed me off and told me that they no longer deal with them, but as far as I am concerned the commission was earned through C- Planet so C-Planet should pay me.
I also got an email from whoever that new Affiliate Manager was telling me that as I have sent no new depositors in the last 3 months she is reducing my commission and then when I showed her the stats that I had in fact sent 6 or 7 new depositors - she then said I got the email in error, but funnily enough this month I have zero players playing despite also having built up a player base over years.
So I suspect that Bryan Bailey may not be wrong with his accusations.
LOL, After re reading my post I have just come to the conclusion that I am actually being an idiot keeping them on my sites!!!

I have not read the CM thread yet, but will shortly. I can't see Bryan making a public accusation without cause. Hopefully C-Planet will issue some type of response.

There is definately cause and I believe there is definatly a problem there.
If we had seen results from a test player or two I think it would have nailed it. Or something. As it stands, it's accusations, though probably true.
This kind of thing is a challange all of us affiliates face when we go to post something when we know there is a problem, without proof. There is always arguments back and forth on validity. Just my observation. The end result is the reader will decide.
Still no response from cPlanet - what a JOKE!
I emailed C-Planet and have not received a response.

I've tried to contact them myself and have not received a reply.
I still have old players depositing and new player deposits showing up everyday.
The old players that keep depositing are why I have a hard time believing this accusations of de-tagging.
I have one player that comes to mind at c-planet that has been deposing twice a week for over a year... I have other long time regular depositors as well.
I have not been happy in the past with their slow payments, but everyone was having problems paying at the time.
Payments from them have been on time or early over the last six months.
My real problem with c-planet is the drop in player conversion and retention over the last six months along with the lack of a good affiliate manager.
The new aff manager seems OK but she just has not been available much.
As far as CM's accusations... I have heard a few casino managers over the years say(in private) that they did not appreciate the tactics that Brian uses to "sell" space on his approved list, so I take whatever Casinomeister says about programs with a big grain of salt when it comes to things like this.
I also understand that just prior to this announcement by CM, that he and the owner of c-planet were in negotiations over c-planets status on CM's lists. but the negotiations ended when c-planets owner walked out... just before Brian says he discovered this de-tagging.
