Default Can an affiliate do this to me?

Im wondering if this is possible?

I worked at one site with a casino and when I left the board owner demanded half my earnings. Now the board I use to work at is very big and the affiliate manager is afraid of losing the account on the big board. So my earnings are now being cut in half and split with the other person. I think this is very wrong. Please help me with my issue, what can i do...Ive contacted playtech and no reply ( of course )

    thank you

It depends on the agreement you had with the board owner I guess Puma. Was the original agreement to split your earnings? Were you paid to work at the board or did you work for free on the premise that you could market to their members. Its a tricky situation, but if the affiliate account was in your name then the earnings should have been paid to you, and any dispute worked out between you and the board owner. The affiliate manager should have paid the money to the name on the affiliate account as per the terms of the original contract.
