can't get in touch with bet365

I'm having a problem with the Bet365 odds feed and it seems I not able to reach anyone, via email or whatsapp.

I sent an email two weeks ago asking, if possible, to get more soccer leagues. Got no answer, so I decided to leave it like this and try again some other time.

In the meantime, instead of getting more data, I was downgraded to only Soccer and Horse Racing (for no obvious reason, it just happened one day), even though I mostly use Tennis odds. So I am trying to get back my access to the full feed, but nobody is answering.

I have limited tennis odds from another API but I would like to get my access back to the full feed.

Can someone help, please?
