Can't understand Europartners stats and real players

Hi all, I am new at this so forgive if it's a stupid question. I was wondering if someone could help me understand how the stats at Europartners work.

Whenever I get a new player that makes a deposit my affiliate manager just emails me with the good news but it does not show in my affiliate stats. Am I missing something or it's just my account?

I can never tell how much is my revenue if any.

For example in the stats it shows I have 5 real players but I don't see any amounts. What is a real players exactly?

Also, what is the minimum payment amount and how do I calculate that?

Are there any hidden stats that I am not supposed to see?

Hi Voyagera,

Sorry for not posting sooner. This is the right place to post questions and issues but it would be better for youto speak with your affiliate manager for them to explain how stats work to you via a phone conversation. Can you PM me your account Username so I can check who your affiliate manager is and speak to them about your questions and then have them contact you?

Thank you Robin. My affiliate manager ignored me when I asked to enable the advanced stats or about the payment. She is only interesting in getting more and more banners on my web sites.

I would like to be paid if I have enough in my account. If I receive the payment I would also get more confidence to keep promoting your products. Let me know if you can help me.

You should be able to click 'advanced stats' under the summary? If not then I have no idea.

I struggled with these stats to start with too, it's the same system as Affiliates Utd.
You need to click into advanced stats and then play with the column select to choose the figures you want.

As a side note, you can also change the order in which the columns show (as well as whether they show at all) and once this is done and the advanced report is run it will set a cookie and will always show in that order every time you go back in with that browser unless the cookie disappears or becomes corrupted.

I spoke with your affiliate manager and she told me she was in contact with you regarding the payment and to try and help explain the stats better. I know she is waiting for your change of payment method form and you shoudl receive a payment this month. I hope that we have been able to help you with all your questions. Hi again. It seems that it takes a very long time to get paid. On January 16 I sent the bank form to the payment department and on February 13 I signed and faxed the Acceptance form to 646-304-2378 which I think is your New York office. Since then nothing happened and the payment department won't answer my emails.

Thank you Robin. I am sorry to bother you with this; it should be an easier way. Anyway I got a response from my affiliate manager and she is trying to find the problems. If I don't hear from them in a week or so I will contact you again.
