    Default CardPlayer launches "SpadeClub.com" ... subscription based internet poker room

    CardPlayer has launched SpadeClub.com, a subscription-based Internet poker room that operates legally as a sweepstakes, so can be played by residents of 36 states.

    For a $20 a month fee, players can enter tournaments for free. The site says it will pay out $100,000/month in tournament prize pools, including a $40,000 tournament every month.

    Sounds just like Pureplayer[dot]com, any connections? Pureplayer charges 19.99 per month and bills monthly for all you can eat poker.
