Caribic Casino (Cosmos Affiliates) does not pay commision. Warning!!!

Hello,
we promoted Caribic Casino (Cosmos Affiliates) for a few months. They did not send us commission payments since August 2016. They owe us €4352.05. Beware of these scammers. Does anyone have idea how to push them to pay missing commission?

Im also waiting for payment from them. Caribic Casino have been taken over by the folks from Focalclick. So i was told it would take a little time as they are sorting out things.

Hi Guys,

Thanks for posting. Just to confirm Focal Click recently took over the operations and marketing of Caribic Casino and the Comos Affiliate program. In situations like these there can be slight delays based on the transition of certain mechanisms, affiliate payments is one element I’m pleased to say has been cleared up. All outstanding payment requests have been honoured.

Pokerarenacz: You should have received an e-mail today from the casino manager regarding your payment which I believe is paid and in your player account.

CCL: Check your player account in the next 24hrs. As I mentioned all payment requests have now gone to finance so your funds should be dispersed tomorrow.

Regarding Comos. We’ll have several updates for all registered affiliates over the coming weeks, all containing good news.

thanks for you positive reaction. Hope, things will move forward soon. Our affiliate ID is "casinoarenacz". We haven`t received payment since August, no communication from affiliate manager or owners. You can check our affiliate account to proof our commission claim.
