    Default Casino Affiliate Share - Cleopatras Palace Casino - Royal Sands Casino (NON PAYMENT)

    I thought i would list this as money is owed even though it is only a small amount. It has been for the whole of last year and they have chosen not to send the payment to neteller. Which is $408.00

    Screenshot of whats Owed is attached to the post, any ideas on who to contact and how i can get this money i am owed?

    Post Just a quick Update

    Just a quick update, Man that was fast....

    A lady by the name of Christy made contact with me and has assured me to have this sorted out asap. She is a NEW affiliate manager and is very nice to deal with.

    Here's hoping things will turn around with this group. Will update if payment does not come through.

    Just giving you an update. This Christy seems nice but has no push in this company. She has assured me the last 2 weeks the money has been wired and even went as far as giving a fake Wire Transfer Number.

    Not holding my breath anymore, if i receive no money by the the of this week from these guys i will design an entire site and pay as much as i can to have the SEO done very well to urge a complete blacklist of this affiliate program and group of casinos.

    GPWA, you need to do something about them displaying a seal, it seems yous have had warnings about them and its clearly displayed on their website. They should NOT have one acting the way they are.

    Ahh, the old "we wired the money yesterday" line. The modern day version of "The check is in the mail". Keep us posted on this please. You may want to get up with thepokerkeep so he is aware and might could add it to the GAU site as well.

    I am glad I saw this thread, as I have been thinking about promoting these guys. After seeing the trouble Jamie has had getting this small amount I don't think I will.

    In response to this posting we feel its important to mention we have no hesitation in processing payments for this or any other affiliates. All comissions are processed methodically each month however from time to time banking and wire policies change due to the constantly moving landscape. This particlar affiliates wire details had changed and accounts were not updated. Thus the wire bounced due to incorrect bank details on file. Affiliate was informed of bounces and then sent through new details so the $400 could be reprocessed.( Note: Wires do not tend to bounce back immediatly( can take weeks) so any missing wires require a trace request with the bank , followed by confirmation and then reprocessing to new bank details ). Our aim is to provide accurate and fast turn around and do our best to work within the current landscape

    Payment received. Although I have received my payment there are alot of other affiliates that are still waiting for theirs. This was an ongoing issue as correct details were sent to the previous affiliate manager. It was Christy that got things moving here, and I thank her for that.

    Only that since Christy has been involved with the program, things have improved slightly from what they use to be. I think they are on there way up and i am also considering placing them back on my site.
