I imagine it'll be tough to pull that off. Personally I wouldn't know where to start with that, and for me it'd probably be down to hoping that an operator would make a move for it and I wouldn't have to do the legwork. That's probably unlikely to happen though.

But if you'd entertain the idea of a sale, maybe speaking to a broker at somewhere like Sedo could be the first step. Maybe they'd have appropriate contacts that would be interested, if not in the gambling industry then possibly in domaining.

The answer to your question is that in my opinion .co.in is better. It is evident by google forwarding its google.in to google.co.in.
