Casino Coins - Predatory Terms Removed!!!

Hey All -

We have been working on Casino Coins for quite some time and they have just removed ALL predatory terms!! All of their terms are now 100% affiliate-friendly :clap:

A big thanks should go out to Bonusstreak (moderator at AGD) and Nick Yap (Casino Coins Affiliate Manager) for working things out amicably and in the favor of all affiliates :clap:

As of 1:30pm today, the Terms Alert System notified us that the following was completely removed:

For an affiliate account to be considered 'active', it must have generated new, paying customers for Casino Coins' sponsors within the previous 90 days.

If an affiliate account does not meet the above requirement, a Casino Coins Personal Account Manager will contact that affiliate and partner with them to develop an action plan to improve performance.

These terms were removed in their entirety and Casino Coins has now become completely affiliate friendly :clapper:

that is truly great. Now however .... there needs to be proof there won't be late payments and huge chargeback issues as has been brought up by many respected affs.

am I being hard to get along with? I think not. these too; are important issues and you'll realize it the first time you're expecting payment and it doesn't come.

I applaud the effort. Now CC needs to follow up by having payments on time and no chargeback situations that are out of the norm for similar programs.

I know we all had reasons to be leary of Coins in the past few months but I talked(and debated...lol) to Nick almost on a daily basis for the last 2 months and I can tell you from these chats that he is fully intending to make HUGE improvements to the affiliate program and he intends for Casino Coins to be a trustworthy program for all affiliates to promote. Nick has done what others in his place only talked about and he has kept the lines of communication open on all ends as well, if you have any concerns I suggest you email him asap I know he will work diligently to insure your happiness.

well time is the only thing that will make me comfortable with CC. not just them .... but many programs make promises they later prove were not kept.

when I stop seeing complaints about late payments and unusual chargebacks .... I'll list them again.

I feel that this is a HUGE stride in making this industry livable for affiliates and we are quite glad to be of service not only to ourselves, but to many hoping to make a decent living by making these programs filthy rich.

I am beginning to promote Casino Coins, because I feel they have made a good-faith effort here.

i have no sympathy nor time for such programs. it would be different if this issue along with undue chargebacks made .... on a semi-monthly basis ... or so it seems.

a half-azzed attempt to straighten up is not good enough. when will programs realize how much further they can climb by simply doing good business and not giving reason for posts such as mine?

Why because the have not arrived? Did you then take down ALL the others that have not paid on time? I don't know about you but I have received 3 payments out of 15 so far this month MANY are late and it does not look like the days of timely payments are coming back soon, I will not take a program down because a payment is a few days late.

if it was a case of a one time situation...... that's different. do a search at CAP........ you'll find many more than one thread on such subjects . .... not too mention the chargeback ratio is way above average.

Well, the good news is that Nick has been COMPLETELY on the ball since his arrival... It is taking some time to work out all the payment delays, but I have certainly heard much less complaints.

He has additionally changed the terms and conditions already and is making strides to make the program much better.

I think he has done a lot in a short amount of time and I am looking forward continuing improvement.

I think we should congratulate him on making the program more affiliate-friendly and keep a watchful eye on their future as I believe Nick is going to turn them around completely :) Let's watch and see what happens the following months to see how this program changes.... and hope that it becomes one of the programs we will all be proud to promote.

Far as I know the chargebacks were a one time incident, and the cause of the payment delays.

Time will tell.

Amending predatory terms in times when more and more programs seem to secretly insert them is definitely praiseworthy.

I never did promote them after seeing all the complaints and warnings. IMO the best way to assess a program is to hear what other affils are saying. In this case the negitive was to overwhelming to ignore. There were lots of complaints. I don't think it's unreasonable to let some time go by and see. That said, where I once wouldn't use them I am happy to say I will be considering it.

thanks M, for the agreement. I am a very reasonable person. If there is not reason to be concerned ....... you'll not here me speak out.

I DO feel it is very reasonable to wait and see. This approach is not only for myself but puts pressure on questionable programs to perform in the manner in which they SHOULD .. when they know they have people waiting to see.

There are some that don't deserve this "reasonable doubt" ... but I do feel CC is one that does.

Speaking from going on 7 ,.... or I think now its 8 years in the industry .... I can say with all confidence it is wise to wait and see when a program is new ... or has given reason to question their integrity.

it not only protects you .... but most importantly .... protects players from being abused .... I see too many affs jumping on bandwagons because a program is new or promising some wonderful % of income.

That is NOT putting your players first. Neither is jumping on a bandwagon because there is a great bonus offer to players for that month. what good is bonuses .. no matter how great they sound .... if you put your player thru unnecessary hassles to get paid? it ruins your reputation .... the rep of online gambling in general ..... its bad all around.

patience is a definite virtue in our industry.
