Has any casinos ever offered to sell gift certificates? Would that be do-able or is there potential problems?
I am also looking for casinos that offer player to player transfers that accept usa players. So far, 3Dice and Doyles is all I can find.

I think RTG has that ability with their "Vanity Cards".
