    Default Casino issues from the last 6 months

    Hey all,

    A bit of self promotion here. I've just finished the bi-annual review update for ThePOGG.com. I've put together a summary of the issues that came to light, both player and affiliate, and felt that this might be useful to some of the webmasters here who haven't had the time to do the industry research.     Thanks for the feedback everyone - I'm glad others are finding this information useful.

    Miles_FTA - should I assume that was intended as a criticism due to Sunset Slots being included on the list? Or was it a threat? Or am I totally misreading you? Moving from one platform with a poor reputation to another with a poor reputation hardly seems like an improvement to me.....

    Wow Duncan .. You completely got that wrong Mate! Completely .. Wow you should retract that comment . It was meant as an Outright Compliment Jeeze. What it was meant to say was that your through and professional as always Wow

    If Im not mistaken I was one of few affiliate managers at that "Place" that jumped through Hoops to try get you the information you wanted to always resolve queries correctly and properly unless I could not do so due to circumstances .

    As for Sunset Slots to be Honest I didn't even realize it was listed Until you mentioned it now and Yes it is Part of Our Stable but their is a difference with Our 2 RTG Brands we have 100% full control over every aspect of the Casinos However with Sunset we are only responsible for Acquisitions after that we have very Limited Control over what happens its Not ideal we know but again. We are very Open and Transparent and Im happy to Look at Assisting you with the issues the players are having their just send me the details and we can see if we can push for resolutions as best we can.

    Look at the above quote, the section in green is absolutely a compliment, but I'm not sure how the underlined section can be taken in any way but a negative. That's why the statement confused me and that's why I asked the question. Was that intended to talk about the casinos highlighted rather than me? I also take on board our previous relationship and am happy to say that when you were at RedReturns you were one of the few people really fighting to get me what I needed when dealing with complaints.

    If I'm wrong I'm happy for people to see the mistake and apologise for it.

    Purely a compliment Mate and sorry im not as eloquent as yourself in saying these sorts of things but it was 100% meant in that way and in no way was it meant to be offensive .. "No holds barred " As in you speak your mind , Always talk the truth and are upfront and honest and transparent with your decisions always maybe I should have said that first I guess but anyways lets just say Lost in Translation..as for the other part there again all I meant was that as programs/operators we also should always be truthful , upfront , honest and transparent and if we move away form these principles we should be called on it and that's what you do ...     to be fair I read it like he was complimenting you, i assumed he meant if affiliate companies/casinos burn people they deserve to get it back

    Totally taken on board - and I appreciate the clarification. I did think it a bit unusual that you'd take that approach (hence the comment about "misreading" you). That being the case I apologise for jumping down your throat.

    Thanks also for the information on the FastTrack structuring - that's useful to me and given your assurances I'll look to review the non-Sunset brands in the near future.

    Good point - I'll have to go back and update those. The likely reason that these never came up is that they've been Blacklisted on ThePOGG, but I didn't see a change in partners elsewhere.

    Btw, Buffalo fall under the Fortune Lounge listing.
