Default Casino Pays Pop ups, SCUM WARE POPUPS on your own site!

I have been to several of your websites including my own and noticed that when you click on club dice or carnival the casino comes up, after closing them out, the opposite casino comes up, meaning if you clicked on club dice, then carnival comes up and so on. I also noticed, once you close out the second one, a screen with over 8 casinos popups up. It features windows casino, casino las vegas, city club casino, be the dealer casino, gaming club casino, casino del rio. Plus there is two links at the bottom, one going to www.onlinecasinoreports.com (i believe they are behind it!), and the a link that says webmasters, click here to make money, guess where it takes you, CASINO PAYS!

This is very disturbing because I thought casino pays was reputable. This is not fair, please be aware, this popup has reviews and everything for each casino, this is not just a banner farm popup, very reputable looking. Please let me know if anyone else notices this problem.

    jackpotcasinoguide,

If you go to the "Banners/Links" section of the CasinoPays site you will find linking code w/o exit popups. This will stop the exits to the popups.

I am currently going through the same thing with two other programs and had the same experience with CasinoPays.

The first part of that is just cross-marketing and is to our benefit; the 2nd part, for OnlineCasinoReports, many of us have objections to and most casinos will fix it if we protest - like Pitboss just said.

Well put me on that list of protesters.

We should not have to use special codes to keep them from redirecting traffic....

(Actually....the special code I will use will send the original visitor to a different property to start with.)

    Default I agree

These affiliate programs should not pop up an kind of messages without your premission. I only think they should be allowed to pop up sister casinos and pass your affiliate id to the new popups. I have seen some popups come up that aren't even related to the casinos you are looking at. They just trade traffic with each other! I would recommend that you visit your links on your website and see what pops up, you will be suprised how much you are missing out. Justin.

So do you advise to take them off your site or put up with it? Do you get credit if they sign up with sister sites ? I took one off yesterday because I had all kinds of pop up and one offer was for 5 different casino that I don't have on my page.

If they are cross marketing to sister sites and you are being credited for any player sign-ups, then there is no problem.

However, if they are cross marketing to other sites that you are not getting credit for then I ask them to remove them or provide me with linking code that eliminates the popups. If they refuse or ignore the request, I remove their links from my site.

Generating quality traffic is too expensive for me to allow them to market on my dime!

Come on, it's their business and they can do what they want with it without permission from anyone. However, if they want affiliates then they obviously shouldn't do it.

I also don't mind having to use a special link to prevent any pops. As long as I have them option then that's fine with me.

Ahhhh....but the option is not "use this link and we won't steal traffic...."

It's "change all the links that you worked so hard to put up and is now sitting in search engines caches or we may redirect your traffic to a different site from which you won't get paid...."

Default What's the term for this practice

    That practise smells.

If it isn't scumware it sounds like scuzzydo.

We shouldn't have to check how our codes "play out" - but it's nice to be aware we DO need to pay attention.
