    Default Casino Rival Powered

    bonjour a tous

    j'ai un problème avec une vingtaine d'affiliation casinos utilisant rival powered.
    J'ai découvert hier qu'il ont suspendu un de mes joueurs sur mon compte affilié simon says.
    J'essaye d'envoyé un email mais leurs adresses email ne fonctionne plus, surement bloqué en france.
    j'ai donc demandé par chat pourquoi mon joueur a été suspendu et là stupeur on m'informe qu'il n'accepte plus de joueurs français.
    Pourtant je n'ai reçu aucun emai m'informant ceci des services affiliations.
    seulement concernant les joueurs usa.
    donc là je lui explique que je souhaite être recontacté mais impossible.
    Je recontacte le service chat, mais depuis aujourd'hui il interrompe le chat dés le début a chaque fois qu'ils voient que c'est moi.
    ils ont quoi a caché pour ne pas me répondre aux questions.
    De plus je comprend pas pourquoi tout les adresses email casino et affiliate des casinos rival powered ne fonctionne plus.

    Le service client est injoignable par email, par téléphone et n'y pas chat.
    Comment ce fait il qu'ils ont reçu le label alors qu'ils ne respectent même par leurs partenaire.

    je viens de voir, que les casinos pantasia, simon says, slot of fortune... ont bloqué le chat en france.
    De plus ils ont suspendu tout les comptes de joueurs français même ceux qui ont été recruté avant soit plus de 600 joueurs en moins sur mon compte, alors qu'un message reçu il y a quelques jours parle seulement des joueurs usa et en plus les compte ne sont pas suspendu.

    quelqu'un peut il me dire si fait la promotion des casinos rival est dans la même situation ?

    There have been many many changes in the industry in recent times and sadly, when a casino or a software operator decides to pull out of a market (such as France) we have to accept it no matter how painful that may be.

    As far as not being able to contact them by email, maybe they are blocking all traffic to and from France although that does seem a bit extreme.

    Maybe you can contact them through here, which Rival was it?

    Yes, that is true that affilaitions choose our rival that want to do.
    But do not prevent these partners to secure email and chat I find it disrespectful
    there are about twenty casinos, Pantasia, Simon Says, of fortune slot...

    Rival does still serve France, but through direct licensee/operators, not white labels. In any case, the French authorities have ZERO ground and legal foot to stop an operator, let alone a software provider, to stop taking French bets. They only use scare tactics. Ever heard of a casino stopped and taken to court over there recently? Nope. And believe me on this, as I can tell you I am on the front line.

    I meant that the membership service does what he wants for the players they want to accept.
    But stopped accepting the French players, without warning, blocking emails and chat in France I find it very limited.
    I remember that casinos using microgaming have warned several days in advance and can always contact them.

    But Rival is not microgaming. It is a small venture altogether, especially in France. I also bet the Rival properties were informed accordingly, much later that is. Anyway, Rival for me has a very bad reputation, in France especially. If you remember tradition-casino and their owner Sandrine * from casino-folies.com, who admitted to tweaking the blackjack player results on casinomesiter.com. Try betsoft or Rtg for France I say.

    Setete tu es quand meme au courant que depuis mai 2010 faire la promo des casinos est strictement interdit en France ? en plus avec un nom de domaine en .fr et en langue française …

    oui je me doute , mais avoir un nom de domaine en .fr tu vises clairement les Francais , j'etais dans le meme cas que toi en Mai 2010 (plusieurs sites de casinos en fr qui tournaient très bien…) .J'ai carrément fait faire un étude par Maitre Verbiest (avocat spécialisé dans les jeux en ligne) et pour lui , avoir un site .en fr en langue française est trés risqué.(d'ailleurs certains webmaster ont déja eu des soucis….)

    Habitant en france la seule solution qui passe a peu prés c'est d'avoir un domaine en .com ou autre mais pas.fr , langue étrangère (anglais, espagnol…) et surtout un hebergeur hors de France…

    Rival is very small and has the worse Customer Support in the industry - if you go for a Rival casino make sure you they run their own operation.

    Depends, there are some Rival White Labels like vipcasinoclub.com they contacted me and expected from to start working with them, I came to check on the support and look what I got:
