Casino Software Need Help

Greetings I have been asked to come down to Central America to help out in building and putting together all of the logistics for a new online casino and the owners need me to figure out everything from servers, payment methods, to the best software to use.

So whats the best software to use for sports books and casino table games best for poker and any contacts you can pass along as well as estimates on costs would be greatly appreciated.

Also advice on what the seo campaigns should cost per month?
