    I marked the thread resolved after receiving a skype request to do so from Casino440 on 12 November.

    Yes we sent the request in order to change the status of the thread. Casinomegamall asked us in order to didn't affect its reputation and he will make all the changes and upload what we agreed. But sadly he didn't do it. We're still waiting, more than a month ago. Now we only want our money back. No more games. If some affiliate ask for a upfront or a serious deal to our Casino. We analyze it and do it ASAP. Sadly is the first time that we had a kind of issue like this one.

    There is nothing wrong with it, but...

    "sadly he didn't do it."

    is an unwise behavior and a disservice to achieve this goal.

    Carlos, you should sent him a message through the contact details you collected until today to bring the new situation ("I have removed the "resolved" status.") to his attention.

    Maybe he don't know, that the status is changed.

    Well... Is almost 2 months since we maid the payment and we're still waiting. Sarah his coworker (that's what she said). Send us a message. We reply and she said that she will be online at any time. That was 2 days ago.... We're still waiting for her or for Gagan. We just want our money back. If somebody.. a friend or a affiliate know a way to contact him or her. We'll appreciate it.

    Had the same issue last July. Never managed to hear back from him

    Started with mistake on tracking

    Hi guys, Gagan Kharbanda (casinomegamall) contacted me.
    He told me that he sold the website and the owner is
    using his name. (the new owner name is Narender) He spokewith him two days ago and he said that his intention was not bad but his mailer activity didn't last long (I don't understand if he had a problem.. why he disappeared and not prefer to talk about it)

    He gave me this e-mail address, but.. as always... no reply..

    You've been faster here. Was about to post update after talking to Gagan as well last Friday but got caught some other places.
    Same thing, basically explained he sold website and opened thread on CPA when did so, all of that way before any fraud happened:

    Reason for selling was that he got a penalty from Google, lost all traffic in no time, never managed to get out, so sold it for the PR.
    However, seems like the guy who bought did not succeed either in getting the site out of penalty.

    Anyways, all emails sent to @casinomegamall.com domain come back as rejected.
    And no answer either on the email he provided.

    This is the previous owner of Casinomegamall (Gagan Kharbanda) ... he contacted me and told me what I wrote.. but that he only have the e-mail address of the new owner.. no phone number... nothing... it's getting stranger and stranger.. :S

    It's not true... He added Casino440 on some rankings... and it was a couple of weeks ago.

    I mean the domain itself like dns, whois, nameservers etc. So he obviously didnt sell the website...

    If I was forced to draw a conclusion, this would be my guess as well - unless he can provide valid contact information for the new owner.
