Changing Payment Method

I'm trying to update my payment preference from the NETeller tosspots to Moneybookers.

I've updated my preference to MB and entered the account number but now the field for 'Account Email' is inaccessible. The white box is there and empty but I can't type it in it.

My account still shows only the Moneybookers account number. The field for the account e-mail address is still blank and un-editable.
