Default Christie says he'll sign Internet gambling legislation when it hits his desk

New Jersey Governor Chris Christie says he will sign a revised version of the Internet gambling bill he vetoed as soon as it hits his desk (or the next day, depending on his schedule).

This stands in stark contrast to Christie's dealing with the issue the first two times he had the power to sign legislation that would regulate the online gambling industry. Both times he waited until the final day he could act to veto the bills, though the most recent veto was conditional whereby he asked for the changes the legislature is now considering.

Sen. Ray Lesniak says both the Senate and the Assembly are working towards getting the revised bill back on Christie's desk on Feb. 26.

makes u wonder if the feds are gonna have more of a stick up their butt now, trying to go after offshore sites.

since it's going to be legal soon... all the money to themselves.

Anything that's offshore they love to throw around crazy wording such ass 'illegal' or 'cheating sites'.
