For the avoidance of doubt, we would like to reiterate that, as previously stated in this thread, Club Gold Casino has held and continues to hold a valid gaming license issued in Curacao from the day it started to operate. The relevant seal has now been received and has been placed on our website. In addition, all the relevant documentation has been provided to the GPWA, proving the validity of our license from the outset. We expect that the GPWA will shortly be posting a statement to confirm this point.

We would also like to clarify the question about the logo of Curacao eGaming which was previously displayed on our website. This was the result of an honest mistake on the part of our web designer, who added this logo wrongly thinking that all casinos licensed in Curacao are licensed by Curacao eGaming and are therefore entitled to display that logo. As soon as this mistake was brought to our attention, the logo was immediately removed and both Curacao eGaming and Gaming Curacao (our licensing body) were contacted to clarify the matter. Throughout this time, we have always correctly stated that we are licensed in Curacao, which is now confirmed by the seal of Gaming Curacao.

It is very disappointing indeed to see a handful of members come forward with inaccurate and/or false or misleading statements and accusations, with the single purpose of damaging the image and credibility of the casino and its representatives. It is also very disappointing that these members, failing to provide any concrete evidence to support their claims, resort to posting obscene, hateful and vulgar comments, often in breach of the GPWA forum rules. We fail to see why any personal attack is necessary towards the Club Gold Casino representatives, when all communication on their part has always been professional and courteous, providing their full cooperation.

I kind of expected to see a logo for licencing that looks similar to the one issued to Lock Poker after they wrongfully displayed a licence that did not cover them.

Is the logo Club Gold now displays a modern spin on the Curacao licence symbol?

I expect a lot of people are reading these threads but remaining silent. It does seem that a few people on these forums have it in for Club Gold, but I'm not sure for what reason. It's the nature of the business that a customer will hate a casino, but I can't see why others are joining in.

At approximately the same time that the post #7 above was made in this thread by CarmelCGC Anthony received, and then forwarded to me, more detailed documentation than was made in the post.

I have not yet reviewed the materials provided in detail, but on the surface it appears that in early 2011 Club Gold Casino was granted a gaming license in the form of a sub-license by an organization holding a master license with the authority to grant such gaming licenses in Curacao.

It further appears that the master licensee very recently made a decision to launch a website that will be used to identify the organizations that have been licensed under their authority, and that the site currently lists Club Gold Casino as such a licensee based on the license granted in 2011.

I'm just reporting first impressions here. Obviously I need to thoroughly examine the legal documents provided and follow-up with Club Gold Casino where I have questions before making a more detailed post.

Did you heard about ONE SINGLE BIG WINNER ever get his money from Club Gold Casino? I have heard from big winners from about 20-30 different and public casinos, but this casino don't pay all big winners. Please, if anybody have a source or heard about a big player get his money from this casino, post it.

They opened yesterday a cheap domain in the USA to give themself a quick and very lame made license validation. It's so dirty, that i am very angry about this. If Club Gold Casino could, they would open their own police station with handmade cops or a new currency.

Club Gold Casino buys people but don't pay many big winners from the beginning.

And the webmasters? Have they no intelligence?

If a player wins 10.000 at this Casino and the webmaster is on 40% revenue share, his earnings are reduced with 4.000.

Then the player wants to cashout his winnings. Club Gold Casino refused to pay, is suspending his account. Always the same pattern.

And what happened to the webmasters account?
Will he be credited with the lost 4.000?
No!
And the players account is supended.
That means, that the player can't lose his money again to bring back the revenue share.
Club Gold Casino is taking the 10.000 in their own pocket AND the 4.000 of the webmaster.

In Germany you will go into jail for this.

If i am wrong, then please, sent me proof screenshots, that the webmaster will be credited the lost revenue share of suspended players.

Otherwise never, never say one word again, that Club Gold Casino is an ethical and brave sponsor.

One of the problems is that the Gaming Curacao site was created yesterday per the whois.

Another problem is that the license has a more "modern" look as opposed to the traditional look of the Curacao licence as I know it.

Yet another problem is that the licence itself is supposed to be displayed and linked as a condition of licensure, which until yesterday it hasn't been.

Still, another problem is that there's no complaint procedure listed in the terms and conditions. So, supposing this licence is valid and has been valid (I'm still not convinced) - what benefit to the player does it offer? How does a player file an official complaint against the casino in the event he/she was wronged (i.e. - account reopened after crying gambling problem, protesting terms that allow casino to freeroll on them)?

If there's no formal complaint procedure, then the licence is really no different than the rest of the bought and paid for gloss to create the illusion of credibility. I stand corrected, this one would be the first that is really relevant to the player, as the others are all aimed at affiliates but surely placed to attempt to wow the players in my opinion.

the whole website is a quick made wordpress homemade fun, shared hosted for a handful Dollar in the U.S., created yesterday.

Because Club Gold Casino is refusing so many big players since years they want to hide their identity and are willing to pay every price for this.

This is the reason, why they don't want to give out the REAL license number they owned in the PAST. This new license number looks like a back dated fake, homemade from the master license holder for his dirty child.

I have had a phone call with First Independent Trust (Curaçao) N.V. (http://www.fitrust.com/), the company who is hiding this "casino". Club Gold Casino is using their phone number on the new homemade validation site.

The women at the phone in the 1st moment have had no idea who "Gaming Curacao" is and pleased me to call back 30 minutes later.
There is no question, why.
After 40 minutes i called back, and the boss ((Mr. Alberto de Paulo) http://www.cifa-curacao.com/members/...st-curacao-n-v) was at the phone and if there are any complaints with this casino i have to write HIM. (He knows and told me, that the "validation website" was made a few days ago for this brand)............................................ .....................

Club Gold Casino would like to dispel all doubts as to the seriousness which it is attaching to the pending questions on this forum in relation to its gaming license and in fact express its great concern at the lack of progress on this matter.

As Michael Corfman stated in his posts of 13 and 19 September, we have provided him with all the information relating to our license, which we have held since 2011 and he intends to post his conclusions once he has reviewed it. During subsequent communications with Michael, we have provided him with yet more information and he advised us that he intended to communicate directly with our licensing authority before making his post. Our intention was to avoid making any further comments until Michael has posted his own, as Michael’s post is expected to provide a complete resolution of the matter. However, seeing as Michael has not posted his conclusions yet, we considered it necessary to make this post in order to reassure readers that this matter is not being ignored by us.

We look forward to Michael posting his comments.
