Hi Martyn, it looks like clubusa affiliate links are taking a long time to take the visitor to the casino when clicked. Can you check into this when you get a chance. Thanks

There also seems to be a problem in that downloads, clicks and presumably sign ups as well aren't being recorded. At least, they're not in my account.

Hi guys, sorry for the delay in getting back to you I just got back in the office following the Budapest Affiliate Conference.

I have a report in my email regards to both the issues raised here, firstly the new banners for Aladdins Gold Casino were uploaded but I screwed up and didnt provide the correct image path...my apologies for this. When using the code you would have seen our default image for when a banner is missing, the Club World logo.

THIS IS NOW FIXED.

Regards to the tracking issue, I am told there was a period of 32 hours in AGC (Aladdins Gold Casino) where only downloads and installs were not registered in the database, thus not reported to you. However please note that the player was still tagged to your affiliate account.

I hope either of these issues did not cause too much inconvenience and we should be back on full speed now.
