    Default CoinJar - Help, please!

I'm the 1'st to admit I'm fairly clueless to crypto. However, given that Neteller/Skrill/Ecopayz has been banned for AU use, I'm left with little choice by to open a BTC account, so that smaller commissions can be received. Anyway... I chose go with CoinJar, instead of trying to nut out holding my own BTC.

So account is verified, and I've just dropped a couple from my bank (BPay) of a couple of hundred AU$ into my coinjar cash account.

I got to transfer $50 from my CJ cash account to BTC, and nothing happens. No confirmation of trade acceptance, not a thing. I've followed the tutorial to the letter T, but still not getting anywhere.

Have submitted a support ticket, apprently higher that normal demands, so maybe something is wrong their end, and not mine???!!!

Can someone savvy with CoinJar please tell what I'm doing wrong, or how I should go about transferring cash from my CJ $account, to my BTC account, thanks!

BTW... I'm accessing CJ via a PC...

Figured it out... Not without some frustration.

Basically, whoever designed the transfer interface, didn't account for someone (me) taking the "Amount" (to be transferred), as being literally entered where it says... Amount:

Instead, you have to enter the "Amount" to be transferred under this section...

Maybe I'm the only idiot in this situation, but, why wouldn't they add the text (like they do in a mail-form) EG - 'type amount here'. It would certainly have saved me a lot of time, and a couple of support tickets.

    Edit:
Received the 1'st reply back from support, who, went on the claim I had not submitted all my ID... Ummm yes I have, I have the email to prove ALL ID was accepted and my CoinJar account was verified.Turns out that CoinJar has recently updated its ID process, and is now using Digital ID (a service by Australia Post - owned by the AU federal Gov., - digitalid.com/personal). The funny thing here is, it really proves nothing.

Hypothetically... A crook (criminal) could obtain your wallet or purse. To confirm one's ID, you only have to enter the Driver's License #, state of issue, address, full name, and date of birth. All this information is provide on the damn Driver's License!!!

I could see this working, and being a very good ID Tool if...they also included with Digital ID, a digital photo, like Neteller and Skrill use to verify accounts. However, and reiterating, without this photo proof, any crook could enter your details, and then obtain certification...

This Digital ID, only goes to further prove, Governments tend to always make a complete balls-up of anything they touch
