FWIW, PokerHost is on Winning Poker Network and Commission.bz is the Chico Poker Network. i.e. they have no relationship.

I hadn't checked my stats in a week due to vacation. When I looked yesterday (and again today) they appear to be fine/complete.

My guy says the late payments all had to do with funding of Bitcoin and changing BTC processors. That very well could be true but I agree it is worrisome. Anytime a program starts to have payment delays (and repeatedly) it raises a red flag. BetOnline has been around forever and I really doubt they are going anywhere, but they do really need to get it together with payments. Another thing that worries me a little is a few months ago they sent out an email saying they paid more out in that month through their sportsbook than ever before in their history. Almost bragging about it, but then that month payments began to be late.....

Being quiet about everything is one of the major reasons they've managed to stay alive for so long.

These rookie mistakes aren't expected out of them.

Why in the hell are they charging me 9.5% for EVERY deposit my players make? No, this isn't the normal 9.5% they charge affiliates for deposits and withdrawas, this is in addition to the normal 9.5% they charge. (This charge in itself is absurd b/c they now accept half a dozen cryptos and still charge the affiliate 9.5% for deposits and withdrawls even if in crypto which has virtually no fees!)

Take a look at your "Total Deposits" column. Now take a look at your "Sports Gross Revenue" column. Now, look for players who did not place sports bets. They will be easy to identify because you will have been charged exactly 9.5% of their deposit amount as a loss in the sports book.

    Exhibit 1:

    Attachment 6693

    Exhibit 2 (getting fishy):

    Attachment 6694

    Exhibit 3 (something is rotten):

    Attachment 6695

OK, so maybe there is something amiss and the normal 9.5% deposit fee is being attributed to the wrong column. Well, no such luck...

    Exhibit 4 (definitely double charged):

    Attachment 6696

This has been taking place at both Commission.bz brands, aka BetOnline and Sportsbetting.ag. Also, these extra deductions have been present in June, May, and at SB.ag in April as well.

    Can anyone else confirm?

FYI, I complained about this to our AM. He looked into it and the issue has been resolved. No longer do we see any 9.5% deductions in the sportsbook column when players simply deposit. The glitch has been fixed.

If only we could get them to remove the 9.5% charges in the "processing cost" column too

i'm still annoyed that chargebacks are being charged for the revshare percentage. lots of times i end up with a chargeback that is bigger than the player ever made me on commission , which is costing me money. i already had contact with my AM's in the past, if they could not just charge up to the amount that i earned on a player, but this was 'very standard in the industry'. (i guess they dont feel a need to be better than the industry standard!)

They were ******* double charging for chargebacks last I checked. Which was an improvement however because they used to just yank the entire chargeback out of your COMMISSION.
