I don't know as an affiliate, although I've had an account there for years but neither player nor traffic, and they still haven't deleted me.

However, I used it once as a player and I can't say a bad word. Betonline and Sportsbetting are good bookmakers for players. You know, sometimes it's not related to partners, but it seems to me that the vast majority of it is.

As for the offshore market on which they operate, they are a strong point.
Of course, there are better bookmakers, but I still rate them well.

For me, they were a quality program with a good affiliate management team, that performed really well and I never experienced any issues with them.

I would avoid them.

CK was our top performing program for months. We were sending them hundreds of players a month and last month I received an email from Faby saying that our CPA deal was revoked and we were being put on the default rev share deal. I asked why they wouldn't just negotiate a lower CPA, a hybrid deal, or offer something like 50% rev share. Still haven't heard back.

So we removed them. I thought it was just us, but a lot of the top US affiliates have pulled them as well.

The fact they havent reached to you to negotiate rev-share is strange.

I posted Faby skype here before but she said no one contacted her.

Had a few bad months with them signup wise when our sites got hit with some google issues, they dropped us to 10% and wouldnt hear anything about giving us some time to fix issues. So pulled all their links, the still pay on the 10% but we do not send them any more traffic,

Yes as I wrote in this thread https://www.gpwa.org/forum/infinite-...da-264428.html they looked at the issue and found a player who was gaming the system. They returned me most of the money, but I think I lost something like 10K. I can not dny or verify it because they deleted all stats of that player. But overall after some hesitation they treated me pretty fairly.

Yes, they ****** up cookies, then they make a special landing pages that do not drop cookie at all (after user clicks on JOIN button on that page he gets cookie).

Signups did not drop at all to my surprise but FTDs did.

Tbh, i don't know about other affiliate managers there, but she is and always been super responsive.

I agree that she's always been responsive. But in this case, I was given almost no advanced notice. She msged me Skype on May 18th asking to lower the CPA for Wild Casino, which I didn't see. The next day she sent another msg on Skype and an email saying that the CPA deal was over and our account would be on the default rev share deal moving forward.

I responded on May 20th and asked the following:

• Given the change, was there a particular reason why we couldn't renegotiate a lower CPA deal, instead of moving directly to a default revenue share program?
• How will you handle the thousands of past signups that we have generated, but who haven't deposited yet?
• Considering the substantial number of signups we generate, would it not be fair to negotiate a higher revenue share percentage, such as 50%? This seems more in line with the value we bring to your business
  

Two days later (May 22nd) she responded with:

1. You will be pay late conversions on CPA
2. Was a management decision I’m really sorry, I wish I knew sooner, I will try to speak to them so we can agree on a CPA that both parts feel comfortable.
3. The RS is only on new traffic , let me see if in between of the new CPA agreement you can have a higher RS deal.

At that point, I figured it was a done deal. So we started removing them. That's also when I decided to check some other big sites where CK brands were in top positions and noticed they removed them as well.

I don't blame Faby. It's obviously out of her hands. I'm more concerned that this is beginning of a cash grab.

However, I will say this - CK paid our full commission from last month, which I didn't expect them to do after we dropped them. So that's a positive.

TBH, all that sounds ok to me. I think in most cases when my CPA part was taken, i wasn't paid late conversions. And that rev-share is only on new traffic of course makes sense.
I mean Aff programs can decide to change CPA deal, they can lower it and can even say they don't want it at all. as long as they pay all late conversions, that's totally ok. Short notice is indeed not nice but you know.

Surprised you haven't managed to negotiate high rev deal, not sure 50% but 45% at least.
