    Default complain against slotlandaffiliates.com

I will like to make a complain against slotlandaffiliates.com and if nothing will be solved, at least people to know with what they deal with.

On 1st January I receive and e-mail from slotlandaffliates.com announce me the "Slotland Affiliates: Report for December 2010 (AXEL124)" and the fact that I will had to receive "The total balance scheduled for payment USD 180" .

Since I did not received the money after that e-mail I send them and e-mail asking when I will receive my revenue and somebody with e-mail address:superviso supervisor-slotland.com came with an answer :

    Dear xxxxxx,

Thank you for your letter! Your commission will be processed on Monday to
    your Moneybookers account.

Please, let me know, if I can be of further assistance.

    Sincerely,
    Robert
    Customer Service"

    I wait for Monday,on Monday I received another e-mail:

    "Dear Sir,

Please be advised that we suspended commission payments in your affiliate account due to suspicious behavior of players you have referred. Please provide us with the detailed description of your promotion(s) and your targeted audience.

We look forward to hear from you soon.

    Sincerely,
    Andrew Shine
    Billing Department"

So no money ,this time was not Rober "the supervisor" was Andrew Shine from the same e-mail address: supervisor slotland.com! I reply and ask them what the heck is going on, and they reply after few hours ,with some extra guts, asking me to continue to promote their casino, and maybe,I repeat maybe, if I came with some extra clients ,more than the 45 real players already register and 2 of them already made a deposit, they will pay my comission.

I promoted this casino on bettingadvice.com forum wich is one of the largest gambling forums on internet, and I wanted to continue the good job but if they do not pay I will start to tell everybody about the fact that you should not deal with them!

    Last e-mail from them was:

    Hello xxxx,

This is Jack Jelinek from Slotland Affiliates. Nice to meet you!

First, this is to confirm that - although currently under suspension - your affiliate account still collects hits, registrations and deposits, should there occur any. On the other hand I'm afraid we cannot acknowledge your explanation for this unfortunate situation. Here is our statement:

Seemingly two suspicious players from the same geographical region sharing the very same pattern followed your affiliate url opening their accounts at Win A Day Casino attempting to deposit $1,200 in total. While their gaming accounts were loaded with funds to play through (and subsequently your affiliate account with commission), soon after they started playing (just two hours after registration) both players reported themselves being fraudster(s), and even confessed that there is just one person behind the two accounts. Which is why the funds were temporarily blocked but never really removed from their Visa card accounts.

In short, the $1,200 not only never ended up in our pockets but we also sustained further expenses associated with handling the refunds, preventing potential charge backs.

Furthermore, since these two referred players represent 100% of your current player base - which is quite unique and bizarre situation at the same time, let me add - it obviously raised red flag as it would do at any other affiliate system. Just go and check!

While I understand that you cannot prevent fraudsters opening accounts through your affiliate link, you must understand that we need to protect ourselves from both unfair player and affiliate practices, which leaves two possible options:

    1) We will hereby remove the suspension from over your account, although temporarily freezing current commission in amount of $180, waiting if you're able to deliver some good players and hence prove that this whole unfortunate situation was just a coincidence.

In greater detail: if you're able to deliver legitimate depositing players depositing the same amount within a reasonable time (such as in 6M), we might even consider unfreezing the suspended commission and pay it out along with your future commission.

    2) Your affiliate account will remain under suspension due to severe breach of our terms and conditions as stated here:, see Rights of the Affiliate Program voiding your existing and future commissions.

I wish you made the right choice and opted in for the best way for both sides, first option.

    Kind regards,

    Jan "Jack" Jelinek
    Affiliate Manager"

So this time apear another person ,so called Jan "Jack" Jelinek from jack @slotlandaffiliates.com, this has even his own address, and had the guts to ask to continue to promote their casino without to receive my comission or maybe I will receive if he wants!

I try to explain him that is not my problem that an aff registered with 2 accounts and deposit there just to cheat them, and they should take legal actions against him,but this should not affect me because I ca not choose who join from my affiliates links.

People be very careful with this scumbag casino because they do not want to pay your comission.

Just so I've got this correct ...

    a) You've had two depositors in total - and they both turn out to be the same player who has created fraudulent chargebacks.

    b) there is no other financial traffic - none.

If that is correct - why do you think that you are due any sort of payment so far?

I do not saw any proves that somebody created multiples accounts or that they gave the money back to that customers who create multiples accounts, and I can't simply believe slotland since they used at least 3 persons to answer to my e-mails.

First person told me that I will receive the money on Monday, second one that my account is suspended due to suspicious behavior and the 3rd one came with that explanation wich I don't have any proves that is true or not.

I would doubt any wrong doing from Slotland. The company has been in high regard for a right many years and no program survives long if they are screwing affiliates (usually). I can't recall ever seeing a complaint on Slotland prior to yours.

As far as your commissions... if you delivered fraudulent player(s), they did not gain any revenues, then you have really not earned anything. There is no program out there that will pay you for fraudulent players. Sometimes you have to accept the inevitable that you are going to get a bad signup and yes... it does suck and hurt. That's life though.

I think the OP is kinda pissed off because he was first told he would be receiving the payment - only later to be withdrawn.

It's also possible that the OP isn't aware that Slotland are a pretty honest bunch. He smells a rat. Let's explain that it's just bad luck.

    Hi everyone,

This is Jack Jelinek from Slotland Affiliates. First, I would like to say that I am really sorry for this unfortunate situation but frankly, you didn't give us much of a choice, axel124.

I would also like to express my gratitude for your willingness to share your opinions on this matter, TheGooner & Chips. Plus thanks for your point, FictionNet.

It is true that there was a slight communication bias occurring due to the fact that we received the initial inquiry on January 1st, over the weekend when it was holidays.

This is why the inquiry was handled by Customer Support, Supervisor, Billing Department and now by me, hence taking a bit longer to solve coz of going through so many hands, which I'm sorry for, axel124.

On the contrary, I just don't understand how you claim we are *%$#&* casino even when mere half a year ago you were able to claim a $75 no deposit bonus offered via no deposit bonus site though your players account id (AXEL124) and managed to turn it to a withdrawal twice as big that was paid out in proper and timely fashion.

Regardless whether it's $150, $180 or much much more that we are talking about, it IMHO clearly proves that we are willing and happy to settle our *LEGITIMATE* commitments.

Since you chose this way of handling our communication, axel124, I would like to give it one more chance and - as stated in my email - publicly repeat my proposal for further cooperation under the first option outlined in my previous letter.

Furthermore, I'm even willing to decrease the amount of deposits your legitimate real money players would make in the next 6 months by half (yes, that is mere $600!) before your existing commission in amount of $180 would be unfreezed. I'm afraid I can't go any further than that though.

If your answer is still no, I'm afraid we wouldn't do well together and hence need to terminate our business relationship right away leaving your affiliate account permanently suspended and voiding your existing commission.

    Thanks for listening, everyone!

    Kind regards,

    Jack Jelinek
