Marko you have outlined your issue in your first post, there is no need to keep posting the same thing over and over again. If you put this much time into getting yourself help you could have started to become a non-gambler.

No one is saying they have won, neither will you. If your not interested in listen to all of us in getting yourself help then don't come here whining about your problems. I wont be posting anymore on this thread, because all your interested in is listening and reading your own posts. You are not interested in taking advice from people posting in this thread, so whats the point in any of us trying to help you anymore.

And who will make sure that Condor Affiliates will not do the same again with other problem gamblers?
And why should Condor Affiliates win this issue and keep my money, although it was aware of my gambling problem?
If Condor Affiliates may keep my money, then an irresponsible way of casino operation is honored.

Also, how do you know that the affiliate program OWNS the betting site you wasted your money in. They merely could be the marketing company to promote it. I think this thread should be edited to reflect the Betting site Marko actually blew his money in.

He will not. This is not the first Marko6-topic and it neither won't be the last. Making mistakes happens to everyone but refuse to learn from mistakes just to a few ones. He's just wanting his money back. After he got it back or realize that he won't get it back (i think the last option), he';; disappear of the radar a while and within a few weeks we'll see him again with a similar topic: he found somewhere an online casino where he wasn't blocked of where he could play somehow, he lost a bunch of money and he wants it back...

I don't even read anymore his postings. I've searched a bit in history and I realize that this is his side of the story and that perhaps this online casino has another one. Like before... this is like a single CD on the repeat.

The thing he has to do is looking for professional help, not repeating the same messages all the time at a casino affiliate forum.

I don't think it's fair to be so harsh to him

We do all work in this industry and needs to take care of such peoples who can't control themself

At the end he is someone who might have made you money by playing.

I also think the money should be returned in full .. whatever happens with the money after that

i had a similar case... slighlty similar

I self excluded myself from a casino and opened an account at another sister casino ( i did not know they are the same company )

The sister casino let me open it, deposit and play ... after a while they blocked my account and told me that i have a self exclsuion in place with xxxx.com

They have send me my deposit back plus all the winnigs right away


And that is the right way to do it ...


I think that whatever problems Marko has, the casino had the knowledge that he has a gambling problem and so due to this reason they have no claims of his deposits ...

Also we are here in a learning process ... as well the Casino and we do understand now why a licence is important.

This Players needs to be protected from the casinos, Affiliates and the whole community

Agreed, but there is a bigger picture here. Marko yes has a problem, Yes the casino should not have reopened his account, by having to refund marko its not just the casino that loses out. The affiliate that marko is attached to also will have to pay the casino back wont they?

I think you need to look at the bigger picture and not only in your wallet ... as you claimed by yourself

What happen if he would won ? and cashed out ? You would be fine too to pay for the winnings and get your comission down if you knew he is a problem gambler and his account should not be reopened again.

Sure you would not and would be the first to say, to pay the money back to him and get the losses away from your account.
