does anyone have a contact(skype or email) to get in touch with an account manager? Since 3 weeks we try to reach someone by email but nobody answer.

Thanks but nobody answer. We tried to reach them now since over 1 month and no reply. I also hardly
doubt that they will pay us next month if it start so.
We just remove them everywhere and thats it. They do not want to earn money,fine.

When silence comes , obviously the company/casino/affiliate program will vanish in the haze as well (( Sad but true....

i had a email asking to promote a new casino, i responded then got one message back.. nothing else.. considering i rank high for their markets strange that they have no interest to answer

Just to update the thread. They are alive. It took 3 weeks and 3 emails but then finally someone was so nice to answer

In other news, even if you send them 100 players a month, communication is hit or miss. Sometimes it's fast, responsive, same day. Other times you will remember you emailed them a month ago and never heard back, send a follow up and have the same issue repeat.
I have mixed feelings about their program.
They pay and are open in a few markets we don't have better choices for, so we push them there mostly. It is what it is.
