I was doing adwords pcc. I had a staff for it. He then copied my keywords, negative keywords, sites, reviews etc. everything and build sites and doing ppc. My site is http://UsUsUsa.us and
his sites:

and some other sites. He is also copying other webmasters' sites, templates and reviews.

His real name is Sadik and he uses names: Ali and Muhammed.

I warned him few times. I talked with some programs. They wrote him, too. He closed the sites mentioned in their email and opened other sites and continue to copying.

Affiliate managers, please take action about this mass thief. This hurts not just me lots of people (some of them aren't awared yet) and he' ll continue with opening new sites if you continue to pay him.

You were my ppc staff, you stolen my ppc keywords, sites, strategies, negative keywords (which cost me $40,000 on last 3 years to determine). My business. Also I have msn logs that you said you did it because you need money, after we catch you. But you continue to do. All of us need money. This is why we work half of the day. We don' t steal. We' re man.

I don' t say that all of this is your mistake. Probably bigger part is mine. I mustn' t trust people.

Everyone keep good tabs on their sites I have it on good word this will be getting worse. It should peak out in middle to late August. A new application floating around making life miserable for millions of websites.

It's hard enough in this business to make a decent income. Having to invest more time in protecting your properties is frustrating. The problem is that there is not that much you can do when you catch someone.

You can have their affiliate accounts affected (depending on the programs), but the ultimate damage is done via the duplicate content.

Hi,

I understand your concerns about people copying your content on websites, and I agree that this is completely unfair.

As far as copying your key words are concerned, if he worked for you and then used information he gained from his employment with you, this is unfair and bad luck.

However anyone can use these keywords, you and him are not the only guys doing adwords campaigns.

Also not all of the sites you have listed below belong to him.

I understand your frustration and I always try and keep track of these things but I do not look at the content of every affiliate on a daily basis and I do not go over their reviews.

Please send me a list of everything you deem to be copied from your sites , not just your url and his, I need specifics.

If there is duplicate content, it will be changed within 48 hours!

I explained you the copies and sites many times. I think you warned him a few times and continue to send payments to him. He didn't removed the content but opened different sites and used the same content (as he copies my keyword structure-whick takes 3 years to build- sites,etc. everything, he thinks that he must continue to use the same reviews to have the same avarages of mine).

Now you will again warn him, he just stop to use that site and open a new domain and copy paste the content on the same second, and continue to his way, as you will continue to pay him.

Then again I will email you his new sites, you' ll again warn him (but at the same time support him) and he will get his payment, open new sites, do the same thing.

I thought that after my last email, you finally closed his account after 3 months, as I didn' t see his sites. That' s why I thanked you. But I see that he just build the new sites and continue to promote c-planet casinos. So he still has his account opened and receive payment.
