Cpays Not Paying What Can Be Done?

they have ask me to open account at epasport becose they canot pay to israel ,usa wite ecocard neteller,wire,check so i open one it cost me 60$ to open one becose thy dont send payment under 1000$ i have 470$ it is now over a month now and still now payment made to epasport i just dont now what to do so be aweare off this you all they just dont want to pay it is my 02/2008 payment and zero payment dont you just hate thet when they do it?
they got my players money and i got 0.....
can some onr help here?

Consider it an experience and learn to pick better places to deal with in the future.

Never can be done. We worked about few last years with them. Recieve some payments from them. But when income from your site become less than they whant, Cpays fount million of reasons to cancel payment. In our case it was "player" that at the end of the months come and win. This situation was several times. Doe to player activity and some other info, we decided that it was player from Cpays, to correct affiliate balance to zero or less. So now we did not work with Cpays.

All info my own exp and opinion.

Just open a foreign bank account. There is not a problem if you receive the casino payment outside isreal, USA. You may go to the nearest country from your home to do this job. Hope this helps.

I don't think it's a good idea to swap funds here. I have visions of a pandoras box.
