    Angry Crazy Rewards affiliate commission delayed (resolved)

    Hi everyone,

    Bad news regarding CrazyRewards.. I have not been paid for Jan & Feb 2014 yet despite sending them plenty of emails.
    Please note that according to T&C commission shall be paid by 15th the following month at the latest.

    Note: I use Skrill as my payment option.

    Ok, let's see my situation:

    1st info from CR, dated: 24th Feb, 2014
    "The payments are going to be paid by the end of this week."

    2nd info from CR, dated: 28th Feb, 2014
    "We needed to change our bank operator from Cyprus to another international bank and this has been causing the delay. This has happened beyond reasons out of our control.

    All the payments will be done on next week and should be in your bank accounts depending on your payment methods latest in the end of the week."

    3rd info from CR, dated: 6th March, 2014


    'As far as I know, all the payments are done yesterday, it just depends on your payment method when you can see those in your account I guess."

    4th info from CR, dated: 10th March, 2014
    "Once again all I can say is that this is something that we couldn't have any affect and all the Paypal and Skrill payments are going to work latest on this Wed. Since it goes directly from our bank account and you know we changed our bank operator, so that's causing the delay."


    Please beware! There are far more better affiliate partners than CR.

    Hi Grahams,

    I understand your concerns and frustration. The good news is that everything is set up and ready and we expect all remaining payments to be done Monday. Bank transfers have been processed and all payments to web wallets (Skrill and PayPal) will be processed on Monday.

    I also have a message from our CEO regarding this issue, that I'd like to include here:

    "We at Crazy Rewards are well aware that the communication regarding the payments to affiliates has not been handled very well from our side. There is a lot for us to learn based from this case – particularly when it comes to informing affiliates. That is something that we will definitely address.
    As it has been mentioned we were experiencing issues with our bank provider.
    Since we first learned of the issue we have been working towards finding a quick solution, which has now been done by changing to another bank provider. Everything is set up and ready and we expect all remaining payments to be done Monday. All Swift (bank transfer) payments have been processed this week.
    It is important to mention that the dates, we at Crazy Rewards have provided to affiliates, have been based on the information we have received about the expected date, where a transfer should be in place.
    Everything has now been corrected with this issue and the last payments through Skrill and Paypal will be done on Monday.
    We very much regret the situation that you as affiliates have been put in and as mentioned we believe there is a lot for us to learn from this situation. I assure you that we will look in to our processes to make sure that our overall communication level will improve onwards.
    At Crazy Rewards we have always been fair to affiliates and have always had a great reputation in the affiliate community. But we understand that the late payments and inadequate communication from our side have caused a lot of concern and questions amongst our existing affiliates and the affiliate community in general.
    We hope that as we now are back to normal business the relationship between us and our affiliates will continue to grow.

    Hi Sirpa,

    Sorry for my elevated tone of my voice and expression but such situations reminds me but experience from the past (of course it doesn't concern my co-op with Crazy Rewards). I hope that the issue will be solved ASAP and all things will return to normalcy.

    I confirm receiving of my Jan-2014 commission and also got info that Feb-2014 are being processed now.

    The payments should have been done by Monday 31st March and of course have not been processed. Sirpa, I have just noticed your signature "We Guarantee you'll be paid on time" - what a irony, what a joke

    Partially solved. Only January commission has been paid... Crazy Rewrds is getting more and more unreliable from day to day.. All the information about payments of the outstanding commission is just a beating about the bush

    Anyone know what is going on? For the time being CrazyReward only confirms their lack of professionalism and unethical behaviour by sending their partners just another excuses, incorrect information and empty promises. I don't understand all this situation...

    Can anyone from GPWA react to this situation?

    We, here at Crazy Rewards, completely understand your disappointment and concern over the delay in receiving your February commissions. We have been working very hard to overcome this delay, as we respect the importance that timely payment represent for our affiliates. The good news is that we can confirm that payments will be issued as early as possible next week and that strict changes are being put into place to ensure timely payments. As all of our affiliates are important to us, we want to ensure, moving forward that this does not happen again.
