Custom poker chips + design recommendations

Another random question from me for a wednesday morning... We want to buy my wifes dad a set of custom poker chips for his retirement, can anyone recommend a decent company either based in the UK or US? Not talking crappy plastic with stickers here, we're after casino grade stuff (or thereabouts).

We're also looking for someone who is experienced in designing things like this. I know we could get a normal designer to do it, but figured that someone with experience with the product may be a better shout.

Thought some of you may have done something similar in the past!

Are you looking for Ceramic, Clay or some other composite material? I know someone who uses bone but they are really expensive.
