Customer Service is Terrible?

Pretty new, Signed a few depositing players up on day one.. They not showing in tracking after 2 days. My affiliate manager no where to be found. I heard they are having internet problems? No excuse why they cannot pick up the phone.

What's the real deal with this affiliate program?

Friday-Saturday - Europartners have weekends.

About tracking. The reason may be if this players early have accounts in one or another Euro Partners casinos or poker rooms e.t.c.
For example: If players sign-up at EuropaCasino and early he have account at CasinoTropez the stats don't track this players as real or fun player for you, but they track another deposit for affiliat who bring it to casinotropez.

That wouldn't be an issue here. These 2 are betting sports only and unless another casino they offer takes wagers I highly doubt it. This is for titanbet

Hello Robin, My affiliate manager didn't answer any questions simply asked what my username was and the players account numbers. I'm not going to tell him the account numbers or deposit amounts and names until they can tell me

Why should I? So they can only give me players I can only verify I sent in? How about all the players that come from my links that I'm not aware of. Obviously not a winning proposition for me and looks like a con job.

My tracking is working just fine, I'm showing clicks but no signups.

They got my name, and email address used when I signup. Are they not capable of pulling up this info? I responded with my user name and have not heard back.
