Post D'Amato not optimistic about a poker exemption

New Poker Player's Alliance chairman Al D'Amato has told Card Player Magazine isn't sure whether a poker exemption can be carved out of the UIGEA this year.

AD: I think you never give up. You set the stage. Iím not going to say that itís going to be easy, or that it cannot be done. But I donít want to give a false impression.

his answer to the 2nd question sounds promising to me., almost as if he is interested in regulating all forms of internet gambing, and not only poker. i sure hope so. it will eventually happen i think. it is just a matter of when.
