I just received an email announcing that the prague show has been moved by 2 weeks. For anyone who has already book their trip, like me, this just cost me at least $1000 and now means i'm unlikely to come to the show.
I don't understand how you guy put up a site with dates and the hotel, then change the event 4 months before it starts.
Anyone else besides me manage to have their trip ruined?
We didn't book anything yet, and the new dates are better for us at least. We'll definitely be there, Prague is a great city.
These dates are no good for me so guess I will not be there either.
Well i heard (from CBG) that this is because of world cup making it too expensive to get the South African folks in and out of joburgh. That makes sense, not much of a conference without the South Africans.

I already incurred the cost of moving a family holiday to come to the show in June.
I have no idea what flight changes are going to cost as I booked early to get a very good price and that deal is unlikely to be available for these dates.
Are these new dates cast in stone?
